RiverView Clinic - Crookston

Waste of time . Dr Panjini M Sivanna Treated me like I'm stupid. No help . I was sent here I didn't ask for a visit with him I was referred because another physician suggested a pain option to me. . He didn't even read my chart he had no idea the kind of pain I'm in and he never asked . Every time I was going to say anything he cut me off. He did nothing for me . He recommended medication changes he gave me options but when I asked what the meds were used for he wouldn't tell me. Probably because I looked them up after my appointment and he suggested meds that treat people abusing opioids . What the hell. I left feeling like I was passed off again . He made me feel bad for having pain .He should do 15 Surgeries in l 5 years and then tell me how you feel . I will Never go back again . Your in the wrong field if you have no empathy . Not everyone is abusing medication and it's wrong of you to speculate the pain anyone is in . He shouldn't be practicing in pain management. It's frustrating to always be treated poorly when you have real pain . Some people abuse the system I understand that, but don't judge me untill you know what is truly going on . He had no interest in my medical history he never looked at my chart the reason I know that is he was suggesting options that I've already been doing . Just a suggestion Go somewhere else for pain management this Dr is a horrible doctor and person jumping to conclusions . Doctors are never held accountable ..... It's about time they are.

Subpar healthcare is better than none. You might get a bit of relief, but if you want actual care, you will have to drive a bit further. Your place is only as good as the people at the top and from my experience at this place, it doesn’t say much for the ones in the office. You have much room for improvement, but we all know you have no interest in that.

Riverview is top notch from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors. I only go to Riverview now for any medical problem. Been to their ER a handful of times and have not waited more than 3 minutes to be seen ever. They have the most kind caring and compassionate staff and that includes every single person that works there. Thank you Riverview staff for being the worlds best

Best hospital in the region. Doctors and Nurses who truly care about your well being and try to get to the cause of your symptoms. The staff are all very kind and helpful as well. Riverview is a clean, peaceful, well managed environment. I will drive out of my way to go to Riverview over other facilities that are closer to me.

I was thrown out of this clinic for making a complaint against a Dr.who prescribed my daughter a prescription drug she was allergic to. Not hives, tachycardia so a SERIOUS reaction. He told her to take it anyway. The assistant director of this Crookston clinic fired me with the paper I WROTE in Minneapolis with the then-director of a major clinic who was a professor. Could it be any better? There are legal points in it meant to be argued for discriminatory practices. He fired me from the other clinic with the intention of my providing the statutory argument. Apparently, the assistant director of Riverview was too lazy to write his own. It's a bad clinic go to Fargo.

Went to get tested for Covid and the flu, because I haven’t been feeling well. And 5 days later, they haven’t called to give me any updates..I’ve just been going to work, not knowing why I don’t really feel so well.. but they called for me to do a survey on my experience. I’m new to the town, Can anyone help me on any local clinics and or emergency rooms? Because these people are not going to take a black woman’s health into consideration clearly

A great Acupuncturist! She always handles my care by listening and assessing what the issue is and making a plan of action. She is thorough and takes great care in making sure she can be effective in treating me. She has also been very direct when different avenues should be used and has pointed me to the resources I need. I've been impressed with how ethical she is.

Been to more talented third year interns at acupuncture schools in the Twin Cities like the AAAOM, only went here because insurance wouldn't pay for anyone else at the time. Talked down to me like I knew nothing despite having had well over 800 treatments over 12 years by the time I saw her, wanted to use the same 6-10 points for every problem which weren't helping at all, and when I complained it wasn't helping and asked could you please add these points that a dozen other practitioners have proven work real well on me she told me to not come back because I was 'hostile and toxic'. Weird control freak and know it all as far as i'm concerned. No wonder you're in Crookston. Drive the extra 70 miles to Fargo-Moorhead. Probably deserves a one star, but i'm the only reviewer and it seems unfair to have that be your only review. Defiantly below any average i'm used to, maybe someone else will have a better experience.
