Extremely hard to get in contact with someone! I called and called for over 20 minutes before someone picked up and we very short and snappy. Stated "She doesn't like to hear ringing is why she picked up the phone?" The proceeded to place me on hold for another 10 minutes. then never came back. I had to call AGAIN!!! You would think a facility that is designed to take care of loved ones, in our case an open-heart surgery patient, you would think it would be easier to get in contact with loved one.

I'm here right now and the whole stsff has been fantastic, i have interacted with everyone from housekeeping to management they all go above the call of duty. I have been here 3 weeks now, and feel very comfortable and safe. The nurses are nothing short fantastic and kind and so helpful. I seriously can't understand why anbody could complain. As i go through physical therapy, the therapist have been superb.

So irritating we can never get through, there phone is either busy or there messages are all full. Can't ever get ahold and speak to my uncle, and he is having surgery, can't even talk to him before. Not happy! My uncle has to be scared!

Posting this review for my husband Norm. The food was good, the staff was friendly and kind. Yes, the place needs some repairs and a freshen up of paint. I appreciated all the hard work of the nurses, physical therapists, and case workers. Thank you.

This place is awful! Staff is lazy, always standing around talking and not paying attention to the needs of the patients. Disorganized, unprofessional and negligent. I witnessed a staff member administer IV to a patient without gloves or any id showing if she was a LVN or RN, for all I knew she was the front desk secretary. Dirty - bugs climbing the walls. They leave the doors unlocked therefore leaving the patients exposed to anyone coming in without being checked in or in danger of the patient wandering off to the main highway. Wish I could leave a negative star review. PLEASE SEND YOUR LOVED ONE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I called 6 times and was hung up on everytime. This was EVERYTIME I CALLED. When someone finally answered I was told the rooms have no phones and I had to wait for the nurses phone to be free to talk to my mom. When my mom hit the call button nobody came she was there for Covid for God's sake. They left her in a room with no phone and didnt even giver her a walker and no bedside comode for over 5 hours. She couldn't even get out of the room with no walker. Had she a Respiratory issue she could have died. Nobody knew what they were doing and it was unprofessional. I'm reporting them to Ombudsman.

If you care for your loved ones keep them far away from this circus. Zero organization and complete incompetence. It is dirty, the employees are unprofessional, three patients per room, terrible communication and zero follow through. This place should not be allowed to operate. Close it down!!

My mom is here now, and has been there for only a few days. I want her out of this awful center and back home. Her nurse yesterday straight avoided her (also never hooked her back up to oxygen so she went ten hours without being on oxygen) and her nurse last night made her lay on a urine soaked pad for over an hour. THAT CAUSES RASHES, PEOPLE. She also needs daily medications and never actually got her meds until yesterday since leaving the hospital. I call her regularly and visit every day. I’m not a daughter to be trifled with. My mother will have the best care possible or imma do what I can to get this place shut down. This ain’t acceptable.
