I was very happy I chose this PT clinic. I had been living with back pain for years and was skeptical that physical therapy could do much for me. After Erika Ferry designed a series of exercises for me I’m really enjoying more quality time without pain. Britany and the whole staff are very attentive and I would highly recommend this clinic.

They are all so nice and professional! My PT, Thomas Weniger was great. He was very knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable. After a thorough exam and many questions for me, he came up with a plan and exercises for me to do at home. I would highly recommend him if you need a PT.

They couldn't get my appointments right. I came in at 4 pm and was told my appointment was at 3pm. I thought I had made a mistake and asked the receptionist if my next appointment was at 3:30 pm and she confirmed it. The next appointment day I showed up at 3:30 pm only to be told by another receptionist that my appointment was at 4 pm. I left and returned just before 4pm. I gave the receptionist my name and she told me my appointment was at 3:30 pm !! I told her to cancel any remaining appointments. I can't believe something so simple was so messed up.

Not happy with the treatment I received here. I only had about 5 visits with them and each time it was a different person. On the 4th visit I was told I needed to got back to the Dr. because they suspected a reinjury of my hip. The Dr. ordered a full re-evaluation of my injury and a re-evaluation by the head physical therapist. When I got there I was immediately put on a resistance machine to wait while they got ready (my doctor was not happy when he heard about it). When I did meet with the P.T. "Matt" I was told I should stop physical therapy because he believed my hip had torn again and continued therapy would damage it further (he said right after I was taken off the resistance machine). I was told he was going to message my Dr. with the results. What he really did was message the Dr. and tell him that I thought my hip was reinjured. Because of that I received no more physical therapy and my Dr. refused my request for another C.T. scan to check for reinjury. It also seems that my Dr. has now become skeptical of me. Most likely believing I'm lying about the pain or just being difficult. Which is a shame because he's a very good doctor and we got along just fine before this. Now I'm having to split my care between 3 different Dr.'s just to find out the extent of my injuries. Riverside P.T. not only failed to provide proper care but have also slowed my recovery time drastically and complicated my attempts to seek help. Anyone needing physical therapy should shop around before deciding. Even if your Dr. recommends Riverside P.T. you still have the right to go somewhere else and I highly recommend against using this facility.
