Heather is wonderful and great to work with. She specializes in Pelvic health. Therapy can be intimidating, but especially for sensitive matters. Heather is relaxing and knowledgeable. There is a private area to discuss your personal health. The room is a little small, but it does the job.

5 stars for physical therapist, Ariel. She is thorough, professional, intuitive, and goes the extra mile. She is just wonderful. 5 stars for Paul - awesome and knowledgeable. 1 star for front desk execution, which could be Riverside protocol needing improvement. 1 star for facility - Riverside may consider a more spacious place

James (aka: Patrick) - Outstanding therapist. I've been in therapy for probably a year or more and it will be life-long. I need an extremely competent, knowledgeable, compassionate therapist, and I get that here. Waiting room needs a bit more space since it seems to always be busy, but extremely pleased with therapy overall.

Unfortunate experience from initial schedule, appointment and follow up. The receptionist is rude and condescending. The therapist seemed knowledgeable but not present. My appointment was intended to be an evaluation for a post surgical treatment, he stuck me on a bike and went back to his morning beverasge and phone. I immediately called Pivot PT and found a great experience.

Went there for rehab on a full knee replacement. Called made appointment told them which insurance I had . I gotten the reminder call for my appointment I said ok tk u I'll be there. Everything seemed ok till I got there. There was a person sitting in front of the door in a hallway which wasn't that big to do a quick covid check. Proceeded to the elevator to go to 2nd floor. It was bussy and crowded it's a SM place packed with people and seemed outdated which made it look dirty that's when I started to get a little worried not sure on the covid procedure they were following was in effect at all. Close to 15 or more people at the time . The lady at the desk took my insurance card an drivers license made copy's handed them back along with an tablet to fill out questions . Then this younger gentleman called my name an proceeded to evaluate my knee he seemed knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions. But just talked a little to fast like he was in a rush. After my evaluation he took me to the front desk there a lady said there seems to be a problem with my insurance their checking it now and to wait a minn I arrived at 12:45 for my appointment at 1:00 and was done at 1:38 after i stood to get my next appointment date for 8 minn. She said so an so will call me later today or tomorrow and I could leave so I did not sure what happened after that it's been two and a half days still no call or explanation on what happened to me the owner doesn't seem to care to much about helping people or his business appearance but instead how much money he or she brought in this month. I feel I wasted a wk of rehab due to his or her unprofessionalism as a healthcare provider I truly think this place could care less about you or your condition.

Ms. Brady is a phenomenal therapist!

Excellent staff and great service. They helped me regain my shoulder strength. Highly recommended.....

They are very friendly and prompt with appointments.
