Please stay away from this place!!! My first time appointment with Dr Tafreshi I was told he wasn’t in and I’d be seeing Dr Blackman. I was put into a room in the back with no lights on. I sat in the dark for about 15 minutes looking for a light switch. I finally asked the doctor when he came in to turn the lights on. He went outside somewhere and hit the switch. Once I laid on my stomach his second push on my back popped my rib up front and I was in a phenomenal amount of pain. Enough where I felt I needed to go to the emergency room. Dr Blackman asked if I was ok as I laid there in pain. It took me about a minute to gain my composure and the pain went away for a bit. He then cracked my lower back, neck and told me he will see me on Monday. I thought I’m never coming back. I was in mild pain throughout the day into the next. My wife came back from grocery shopping and as I attempted to lift the water out of the backseat my chest popped again and I was in agony. I immediately went to Urgent care and after x rays I was told no break but a bad sprain. At least a week went by and I went back to see my original chiropractor and was told I have cartilage damage. I contacted Dr Tafreshi the next day and told him what happened. I told him I missed work and have been in a lot of pain. It’s hard to stay asleep because every time I turn over I wake up in pain.Well it’s been close to a month I’m still in a lot of pain and neither Dr Blackman or Dr Tafreshi has called to check up on me. I’ve left a complaint with my insurance. I’ll be contacting the Medical Board next and everyone else I can. They are supposed to fix the pain not cause me pain and really don’t seem to care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
