I've come here many times in the last 10 or so years. I have painful Degenerative Dics Disease . This time my condition is mixed with a year of struggle with AFIB, KIDNEY STONES, AND UNCONDITIONED BODY. I was so in need of strengthening and endurance. I was unable to stand more than 5 minutes and walking for exercise was impossible. I'm in my 4th month of therapy with Chrissy Bradford. She is amazing. Besides her patience and professionalism she feels like a friend who is concerned about your pain. Today my back is getting so much better. I'm able to stand a little longer and walk without a walker. The exercises, moist heat, tens treatments and massage has me looking forward to coming each time. Thank you River Valley Therapy & Sports. P.S. The office staff and the assistants are knowledgeable and most helpful.

Too many people to get good individualized therapy. Everyone will have to do the same exercise. It doesn’t really matter if you have extra special problems, you still get the same exercise as everyone else. They made me do extremely painful exercises even though my situation was different. I stopped going hired an occupational therapist, no horrible painful exercises and I’m getting better faster every day. Now my treatment is geared to my special needs.

I went here after hip replacement surgery. I was never sure who was my therapist. They don't wear name tags. I had 8 different people for about 10 exercises. They didn't know what they were doing. I got out and found a better therapist who is much better.

I've been going here for several months, and the people who work here are so helpful! I didn't think there was anything to be done for my shoulder aside from surgery or pain management. Doctor after doctor just threw pain pills and muscle relaxers at me; they couldn't tell me what was wrong. When I moved to Russellville I contacted this place to see if they used graston technique, as that was the only thing that helped. Megan uses the graston tools to help with the pain, but she's also had me working on exercises that are making my shoulder better! The office staff are very friendly and accommodating, and I've never had a single bad interaction with an employee. I highly recommend coming here for physical therapy!

I've been here probably 6-7 times the last couple years (I claim I'm just collecting their shirts) Everyone there is super nice and always stops by to check on me when I'm doing an exercise. My current therapist who I have seen once before is very smart and really knows what she's doing!

Excellent! The staff is so helpful and warm, and the therapy experience is so well-organized and guided that I not only saw quick results but actually enjoyed the sessions. Highly recommended.
