If you have pelvic pain I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Pelvic pain is super challenging to treat. I had pudendal neuralgia and my physician referred me to a different clinic in Durango. I went there twice a week for 3 months and got worse. The PT had minimal training and should have referred me to someone with expertise right away. For months I couldn’t sit or drive and was in constant pain. Thank god I finally found Madeleine. She is curious, knowledgeable, very focused on your improvement, and knows how to help. I went to two other PTs before finding Madeleine. I even went to specialists out of state. That’s how I finally found Madeleine. One of the specialists referred me to a list that has PTs with specialized training, and she was on it. I think Madeline is the only person in Durango who really has experience treating pelvic pain issues. If this is the unfortunate circumstance you’re in, do yourself a favor and go straight to her. Thank you Madeline for what you do!

I am a very senior retired ICU RN. I live in Pagosa Springs, CO. There are no specialized female caregivers here. There are family doctors who do very basic female care. I have issues, as do millions of women, that need professional pelvic care. River Run PT is the complete resource for all pelvic issues. Madeleine is extremely well educated, board certified in Pelvic issues, a doctorate in PT and extremely intuitive and kind. I have already had positive results and have enthusiasm for improving through her directions for self care. She is unlike any PT I’ve ever worked with or have been a client of as she is a partner in your health care, a very positive, friendly, lovely professional.

Madeleine, is incredible. Not only did she help me get back into running after having a baby, but she also helped me do away with some other pesky postpartum issues that I had come to believe might be my “new normal”. Thanks to her, running after having kids is safe and possible for me!

Madeline put me right at ease. She is friendly and professional. As a manual therapist she not only assessed my pelvis, hips, and knees before and after surgery, but brought me much relief with her hands and exercises. I highly recommend her!

I immediately felt comfortable; Madeleine made it easy to talk about very personal and potentially awkward topics.
