I saw Dr Dawson for my initial appointment to discuss my spinal stenosis and a possible nerve block. He spent over 30 minutes showing me images, explaining all available options, and reassuring me that the procedure should provide much needed relief. Very personable, and knowledgeable. I’ll report back after my procedure. So far 5 stars.

September 2023 was my visit. The office was clean and well maintained. The desk staff were pleasant. I seen Dr Dawson he came in full of life and ready to answer my questions. He was respectful and knowledgeable.

Dr Dawson is the best. He listens to you with all your worries and fears. He takes his time answers all your questions. I have never felt rushed in his office. His staff from check in to check out are all wonderful very caring they make you feel at home. The staff at midtown surgery are awesome. Very caring staff you could not ask for better. I am now able to get in the gym and work out thanks to Dr Dawson and his amazing staff. Living pain free first time in years !

The service that I received from River City Rehabilitation and Spine Specialist was outstanding. Dr. Dawson and staff were friendly and took time to go over the diagnosis and clearly explained the procedure to ensured that I understood. I had a bilateral epidural corticosteroid injections directly around my nerves in the lower spine. It was fast and painless. Dr. Dawson was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, witty, sensitive and informative. I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. I walked away, very Impressed with my overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

My recent experience in Dr. Dawson's office was awesome. I had an injection. He knew how bad I was hurting and got in me in quickly. Knowing how nervous I was about he injection, he and his staff consoled me through the whole procedure. I really felt special and the injection worked almost immediately. I saw Dr. Dawson years ago. I had back surgery in April 2022. When I was offered a choice to have my pain managed at Hughston Clinic or Dr. Dawson, I came running back to him. He is excellent, listens to you, he is funny, and I feel very comfortable with him. He is a very good doctor

Great experience and great staff. Have used Dr. Dawson for both shoulder and hip issues. After thorough examination, Dr. Dawson came up with a detailed recovery program that I used and immediately noted improvements. After a few weeks, I was fully functional with no pain...all without surgery or medication. Greatly respect Dr. Dawson's knowledge and experience...very personable too! Thank you Dr. Dawson!
