RISE physical therapy was a good choice for me. Their location and facility was excellent and my physical therapist Ryan did good work helping me towards better health. Their location is in Liberty Station right next to the Vons.

I have been doing post hip replacement surgery physical therapy here for a few months! The technicians and staff here are very customer service oriented! I feel that they consistently put the patient first and are careful to build a program suited to each patient’s needs. I started with Jordan B and moved to Emily J. It was a smooth, professional transition that continues to work for me! The front desk receptionists are friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough about my comfort here and the compassionate care I continue to receive!

Knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about what they do. My PT Emily quickly assessed what what going on and guided me to improving my care regiment with simple exercises, to address pain and round-out my movement exercises. I would definitely go back to RISE for future issues. Desk staff is perfectly nice, and accommodating, and appointments were generally timely and convenient.

Just finished Physical Therapy post total knee replacement. Over the years have had various injuries and PT. Rise is by far the best I have ever had. It is like having a personal trainer each step of the way. They watch you on your progress and doing the therapies rather than leaving you on your own. This way you are benefiting your body. Zach is a consummate professional. Absolutely recommend Rise PT. My husband is currently doing PT with them as well post hip replacement and his progress has been amazing and the care working with him has been great as well. Thanks to Zach and his entire team. I've been going to RISE for over two years now to address my lower back and shoulder issues, and it has been an outstanding experience. Katie, my therapist, is knowledgeable and attentive, creating a customized treatment plan that has significantly improved my condition. The studio has a welcoming environment, modern equipment, and friendly staff. The genuine care and compassion from Katie and the team make every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this studio for anyone seeking professional and compassionate physical therapy.

I've been to RISE on two occasions, in 2020 following a rotator cuff surgery and in Sept/Oct 2023 for a knee injury. In the case of my RC recovery, I took full advantage of my insurance coverage and went twice a week for many months. In both instances, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I am very happy with the outcomes. RISE also worked well with my insurance. The facility is somewhat small and there can be some overlap with other patients during activity, but it is neat and clean and for me, conveniently located. I gave them 4 stars, but 4 1/2 stars is more accurate.

This is RISE Physical Therapy in Point Loma Liberty Station. This place is not professional at all. The PT person may be ok , you have to be prepared to hear him talk ,non stop, for the complete hour. But the people working at the front desk are extremely RUDE. They messed up the schedules , they lie, they try to charge you for appointments they changed and canceled, they make you feel not welcome. And forget about talking to their supervisor because she is their friend and you will get nothing out of the conversation . They abused clients, specially the elderly, do not waste your time going there. There are many PT in the neighborhood to choose from. It is a real shame that a company hires this type of people. I will follow with the corporate office.

I just finished my physical therapy at RISE in Point Loma with Natalie after my knee surgery and it was a great experience. She knew exactly what I needed to return to my original strength and flexibility. Natalie was very personable, caring, and also professional. I actually looked forward to our biweekly hour together. I would highly recommend RISE in Point Loma for your Physical Therapy needs.
