Please don’t bother attending a scholarship here with Rise! Rachel is completely rude to some of her clients “The ones that don’t pay !” I’m a victim of a gunshot, back in July a stray bullet hit me. I was diagnosed with an incomplete spinal cord injury. I attended the rise program under a scholarship, ever since I attended Rachel would talk amongst others, while she was in sessions with me for an hour. Didn’t care I was there to work out. They make you feel less when your on a scholarship because it’s free and your not paying. There was times I missed appointments because I was in pain from some of her sessions. She would tend to catechize me every time I missed an appointment and take my days from my scholarship away if I didn’t call ahead of time. Some days I would be in bed due to the pain and I couldn’t call just message and that wasn’t good enough. She then took days from my scholarship. I had my 64 yr old mom attend a session with me last week. My mom introduced herself, Rachel grabbed her hand so hard and my mom almost cried, she has carpal tunnel in that hand from over the years. That hand is bruised know, My mom then began to say, “Wow what a grip you have.” Then Rachel says my dads a business man that’s why… Rachel was always rude during sessions, I kept going because I needed the scholarship at the time. My mom and I contacted to complain about these issues and the General Manager turned it around and stated we were cussing. That’s wasn’t even the case at all! I always showed respect! They canceled my scholarship and now I’m out of physical therapy and all I wanted was another person to work with me instead of Rachel and Faith! Ask for Montana if you do decide to attend this program she’s great! This isn’t a good business!
