Last week, I had the opportunity to shadow Lara, one of the occupational therapists at this location. I am currently a junior in college with plans to attend OT school after I graduate, and this was my first hands-on learning experience in an OT setting. Lara treated me with nothing but genuine kindness and respect. She also ensured that my time with her was valuable by teaching me while I observed. Throughout the week, I met many other staff members who were also extremely kind and passionate about their jobs. The overall environment was very positive, warm, and welcoming. I could not be more grateful for my time at RightStart Therapy Services! They have offered me so much guidance and support as I begin my journey in occupational therapy!

My son has been attending Right Start for the past three months and thus far I have been nothing but impressed with the staff, billing and Ms. Vanessa. I was nervous initially because I was not familiar with the practice and was going based on a recommendation from a close friend whose son attended several years before the new location opened. My son’s speech and language progression has improved significantly in the short time that we’ve been working with Vanessa. She has a keen ear for his trouble points and adjusts accordingly. She provides homework so that we can support his progress and he honestly loves learning with her. The billing department has gone above and beyond regarding my insurance and copay with was adjusted down $20 thanks to them taking the initiative and Angie and Vickie are just awesome.

Lara Adams is the best occupational therapist at this facility!! She LOVES what she does and sees both my children for OT 🙏 Ava in particular has made so much progress since starting weekly sessions with Ms. Lara and her confidence has sky rocketed! My son who goes here for Autism therapy also sees her weekly and she is just so kind, patient, and diligent with teaching him functional play and simple life skills such as taking his shirt on/off independently. I know my sons future will be better because of her help ❤️ thank you for making an impact in our lives Lara

We feel so grateful to have found Ms Heather's reading program. She is so patient and kind AND my son has never dreaded a tutor session with her. He trust her so much and he's come so far. We highly recommend her!!!

Since July 2018, we started with Speech and OT and today we’re doing Reading Intervention. Since we started the whole staff is being very supportive and professional. Great services and therapists. Steady progress and positive attitude. Wonderfull facilities and trained staff.

We have been attended RSTS since 2020 once my son was diagnosed with dyslexia. Heather Gonsalez is our reading specialist and she has been amazing! My son has gone from being “placed” into the next grade due to his disability to now having majority “A”s and “B”s, reading at grade level and feeling very confident!

I came here for a tour and the staff is not friendly at all I was waiting in the waiting room no one greeted me and about 5-6 staff members walked by no one smiled or said hi they all just look very mean and angry like they hate their job , only one staff member was very sweet with the nose piercing everyone else mean and rude seems like they will abuse your kid here I don’t trust this facility at all do not take your child here !!!! Staff should lighten up ALOT !!!!!
