I never leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves more than the 1 star it currently has. I was able to get an appointment very quickly & Latonia Mitchell was AMAZING. She was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything very well. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The only downside is it takes a little bit to get to see the therapist, but it’s probably quicker than anywhere else. Anyway- 10/10 recommend.

The doctor books several patients at the same time and isn't even inside the office at the time of the appointment. I have always seen him walk into the building several minutes passed my appointment time and start calling other patients before me. I get a whopping 90 seconds of dialog (how are you? You don't want to hurt yourself? Okay I'll see you in 3 months) before I'm pushed back out of the door and charged $100. The employees at the other locations have always been so helpful and polite, but the tuscaloosa office is severely lacking.

Both ladies I have seen here are wonderful. It's been a comfortable experience, and my therapist feels well equipped to handle my issues. I've received great recommendations and coping tools. I really have not experienced anything that anyone else in the reviews has complained about. I would definitely recommend Ms. Washington.

Don't really want to help people. We waited a month for an appointment. When we arrived the day of the appointment, we were told the testing equipment was employee owned equipment was broken and the employee wouldn't be replacing it. Employees just we would have to drive 2 hours to Starkville, MS in order to get tested. Thank you Right Track for wasting a month of our life.

So.... I haven't actually been to my appointment yet, but I have made a few inquiries regarding their process of treatment. I have a LOT going on at the moment and current doctors are just not compassionate with my needs. I'm not a crazy person and I don't want to become one, so I'm really really praying that this is going to be a perfect situation for me now and many years to come!! 🙏

The receptionist tried to argue with me about MY insurance and of course I was right. They then wanted me to leave a debit or credit card on file incase I missed an appointment and they'd charge$125. That's not something I'd even be remotely interested in.

Mrs Washington was very nice but my son was needing more therapy than she was qualified. Staff was too small to accommodate his needs.

Staff here are highly experienced and friendly! Great location and easily accessible from the university.
