Great facility. The floor staff, dietary staff, and administration all do a great job at making the residents feel safe and at home. The new administrator has taken on a big role and conducts herself with professionalism and brings a wealth of knowledge to the facility. All of the staff truly have the residents' best interest at heart and go out of their way to show them love and respect. They have the best activities and make festive gatherings to treat the staff and residents on a regular basis.

As a former employee and RN Supervisor, I would advise for you to take your loved ones elsewhere. I have traveled to several different facilities throughout the United States. I’ve traveled to give care during the COVID pandemic. Even through those hazardous and trying times, Ridgeway is by far the worst facility I’ve ever encountered. As I previously stated, I would not bring my dog to this facility. Incompetency runs wild throughout the facility. They had over 12 citations from their state survey review. I’ve seen the ends and outs of this facility. Trust me. There is a better place.

I wouldn’t bring my dog to this facility. There’s mice holes everywhere and rat droppings. The residents don’t get taken care of. Everyone under the reviews are workers at this facility! Don’t trust it. The administrator don’t have a license. The DON has only been a RN for a month. They DO NOT DRUG TEST THEIR STAFF. THEY DO NOT DRUG TEST THEIR STAFF. THEY DO NOT DRUG TEST THEIR STAFF.

As a national guard officer and social worker I would definitely recommend Ridgeway to anyone who wants a great career.

A very caring, friendly, and loving staff. From the administrator, human resources director, Nursing staff, CNA's, Kitchen staff, activities,and housekeepers everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable and genuinely care about the welfare of the residents. I highly recommend Ridgeway to everyone interested in long time care for your loved ones.

Not a good place for animals to go, you know humans should not be there. First, they need to come in and update the entire place. I don’t know how the State would let such a nasty unkept facility stay opened. Something wrong with the system to let Elderly people to live like this. I’m so ashamed that society don’t care about their Elderly any longer.

Beautiful facility, staff are kind and helpful, truly a great place to send your loved ones!
