I started working here not to long ago, the staff are very nice and helpful, they were very kind welcoming me to the team. The Administrator is a huge help and great boss. The Activities Director makes things fun for not only residents but staff as well. Looking forward to continuing to work here.

Ridgeway, formerly Windsor Care Center of Petaluma, is an incredible facility. The building was bought out earlier this year and it has been a complete 180! Their staff has so much compassion and knowledge to effectively care for a wide variety of patients. Their therapy team is very hands on to get patients back home as quickly and safely as possible. Their activities team helps patients get involved during their stay to help with the psychosocial aspect of healing. They are in the process of going through a remodel, but when that is complete, I have no doubt that this will be all around the best facility in Petaluma!

I recently joined the team here. I Love to work here, love the people I work with. The activities are fun and the gardens are beautiful. With a gorgeous view.

First off let me say i’ve worked in a few skilled rehab centers and this one has the most positive uplifting staff i’ve ever worked with. The administrator truly cares for the well being of the residents and staff. Seeing an administrator do what he does is extremely inspiring. He says good morning to all the staff and residents, helps CNA’s, nurses etc.. I’ve always said happy workers work harder. He makes that happen for the staff and for the residents who are here. Last thing is that the rehab team is very hands on here and i’ve seen a lot of success stories. It’s an honor to be apart of such incredible team and I’m looking forward to many more years together.

What a great place for Rehab. My uncle had PT/OT at this facility and they him walking and ready to come home after his surgery within 30 days ! I recommend 10/10

Hello everyone I was very blessed to be invited to a BBQ at Windsor care center of Petaluma. I just wanted to take this time on how the BBQ was one of the best BBQ I have had for some time. All the staff member had a huge smiling faces with open arms of my needs. I am very blessed to be here at Windsor care center of Petaluma and with staff members seeing to my medical needs. My little sis, 58 died January 31, 2020 at Windsor Care Petaluma. She had cancer that spread to her brain and was gone 6 months from diagnosis. She came to Windsor Care after release from hospital for about a month, she went home for 2 good months after radiation to her brain. She got worse and went back to Windsor Care for her last two months of life...all the staff, nurses and caretakers remembered her and were so happy to be there for her again. I got to know all who worked there as well, I was there daily. All were great about caring for my sis, would call me if she wanted me there any time of day or night. All had empathy, were kind and prompt. Hospice, who has been support from the beginning worked with Windsor care so together made the best team for my sisters needs until the end. It’s so important to get in touch with hospice when tragedy happens, they are truly Gods angels. I’m in town so very convenient location. I was not surprised to see negative reviews like I saw on most care centers including this one. The pictures of the staff are no one I recognized and are old pictures. The facility is clean, the decorations at Christmas 2020 were a wonderland and enjoyed by everyone. As hard as it was to watch my sis get worse and pass away, I met so many patients that lived there and they sure enjoyed seeing me everyday for a wave a smile a touch. I recommend Windsor care wholeheartedly. Thank you Julie
