Ridgeview Transitional Rehabilitation

My Mom was a patient at Ridgeview for several weeks and I know she loved everything about this facility. All of the staff were very professional and very helpful and friendly. The P.T. depth. was very patient with her but firm about the chore at hand. The nurses and CNA's were so attentive to her needs , and the nutritional department was also very helpful with her needs when she first arrived. Everybody there was so helpful, it made it very easy to leave in the evening and not even worry about the care she was getting. Unfortunately, my mom passed on 05.02.23. I know she loved being there for the short time she was there and my sister and myself, on behalf of my mom, want to thank you all for your kindness to the three of us and for going above and beyond for my moms needs. I could go on but I don't want to spoil it. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

I have to say I was beyond impressed with the level of care my father recently received here. The communication with Lety and Javiera in Social Services was transparent and on time. My father is beyond grateful for 3 CNAs that assited him through his 6 week stay. Mayra was incredible, empathetic and attentive. Jacqueline was super sweet and gentle and Destiny was at his bedside seconds after he called for assistance and always with a smile. Thank you Ladies for loving what you do and making your patients feel it. From someone who works in this field THANK YOU Ridgeview

Words cannot express the gratitude i feel for this place and the staff. Provided end of life care for my daughter, April. It broke my heart, but she was at ease there and now , she is free from cancer! Rest in peace my angel in heaven!!

My treatment at Ridgeview Rehab was exceptional when came to the therapists. I was treated by physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. All therapists were wonderful. I was able to make great progress with all of them. The only problem being that my insurance wouldn’t pay for any more treatment. They nurses who treated me were incredible! Especially the aides. Their attitude was always so kind and patient. Because of my speech therapy, my diet was different. The food at Ridgeview is delicious. They did their best to make me great food. In spite of my restrictions. Thanks to each and everyone of you. Your hard work and enthusiasm was noticed and appreciated.

Ridgeview was more than just a SNF for my husband, as well as myself. Each member of the team became part of our extended family. The Cna’s, housekeeping, dining staff etc, went above and beyond for our long stay there. All of the therapists were amazing, my husband made a lot of progress from his initial stroke January 16th. Special thanks to Holly (cna) Lorena (RN) Holly lead Therapist, Tyler, Jennifer, Alex, Jessica, Vincent and Danielle. You truly are special people, I’d give you 10 starts if I could! So many more staff, too many to mention, but know that we are truly grateful for the support!

I have worked in skilled nursing facilities for almost 10 years now. My experience here at Ridgeview has been nothing short of exceptional! The facility offers amazing views, all rooms are private including a shower in each room, and only short term rehab is offered making it an enjoyable stay for all guests! Francine prepares the most delightful food and it is presented beautifully! All of the staff are knowledgeable in their perspective positions and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests needs are being tended to. I have never been prouder to be part of an organization!

This establishment is very unprofessional the new manger David is not professional, very immature, and he thinks he is above everyone there and make it seem like he knows it all. All staff are spitting venom behind everyone back instead of working as a team, while the director sits comfortably behind his desk, not doing anything about it. Before careful and think twice before working here you all. 😤

The staff at Ridgeview Transitional Rehab are second to none and genuinely care about their residents. This brand new facility is beautiful and state of the art. They provide compassionate and in depth care based on your care plan. I would highly recommend sending your loved ones here. You will not find better quality care.
