Ridgeview Health Services

My aunt has been there several weeks. The people working there have been so patient, friendly, supportive, professional and encouraging. Even in her bad days, she’s received nothing but friendly, excellent care. Her family and l appreciate everything they have done and are doing for her.

January 28th was my mom's move in date. We were very pleased with her transition. Her room was ready for us to add personal touches, therapy was prepared to get her moving after the ride, admissions reviewed her file and additional contact information that would assist her records, and introductions with departments were completed. After a quick visit with Mandy, hair and nail appointments were scheduled, and it was almost time for dinner. I am ecstatic to know that by the time of my departure, she had met several residents in the dining area and the mom of a friend of mine.

My father was a patient there in the rehab for less than a week before he passed. My mother didn’t receive his wedding ring. They were married for 70 years and no one knows what happened to the ring. I’m filing a police report. Let the police check it out.

The nurses are very rude and we waited almost an hr for juice and still never got it after asking 2 different people to get it for us. They didn't know anything about the lady we were visiting and were asking us questions about her healthcare plan. You would think they would have everything in her file and actually read the care plan to learn about their patients. Horrible place to send your loved ones!! I would not send anybody there if i had the choice. They need better nursing staff. (Jasper AL facility)
