In 2018 Kam played a significant role in helping me qualify for the US Olympic Marathon Trials. If it weren't for him I would've remained in the same injury cycle I had in the two years prior. Since working with Kam I've become stronger as an athlete and learned ways in which I can continue to train at my highest level possible.

Kam has been very supportive and helpful in the healing journey of my neck. The variety of exercises I got assigned over a couple sessions were easy to execute at home and I could even include some into my gym routine. I wholeheartedly recommend Ridge Athletics to anyone on their journey to health and healing!

Kam's virtual ski training covers all the bases and has already helped me feel more confident about enjoying another ski season! After stepping away from lifting for too long this year, I've really noticed my SL strength, stability, and power lacking and his workouts have reminded me of all the components I'm missing with my own training. Not to mention, my hips and spine mobility are feeling sooo much better because who the heck does mobility workouts without being told? Not me!... Highly recommend ski camp!! Super fun and well worth the money!!

I have been on a training plan from Ridge athletics for 4 months now and it has been a great experience. I have tried all kinds of different training plans in the past and none have had such a thorough and all around approach like this. This program has helped me become a stronger runner through a combination of strength training and mobility along with a nice, steady run build. Kam’s programs focus on injury prevention but he also has the tools to prescribe PT routines to address injuries that might occur with large volume training. The platform he uses for training is easy to use and has videos linked on every exercise. He always responds super quick and focuses on making a tailored experience to your training goals.

I’ve been doing Kam’s ski camp for the past 5 weeks and it’s incredible how much stronger I feel. The combo of strength, mobility and stability exercises are exactly what I needed to feel ready heading into ski/snowboard season. (Yes, it’ll help you boarders too).

Working with Kameron at Ridge Athletics has been amazing. Coming off a bad and very painful case of plantar fasciitis, I wasn't sure if I would be able to run again or run distance. Kameron evaluated my form and fitness and sent me a PT regime. It was a tough go at first but after three months, I am running again and planning races for next year. More importantly, I have overall lower body strength that I had lacked for a very long time. I could not be the runner I am without the help of Ridge Athletics.

Our Western Colorado University Mountain Sports Trail Running Team has been utilizing Dr. Kameron’s trail-running specific strength program, and we’re already in week 7. The feedback from our athletes has been overwhelmingly positive. The strategic loading and unloading of muscles, combined with the use of moderate weights, have been a game-changer for us. This routine not only strengthens us for better performance on the trails but also helps prevent injuries by targeting the muscles that need the most attention. We’ve finally found a program that makes us stronger and more resilient. Thank you, Kam!

Kameron is a pleasure to work with. Very patient and knowledgeable. I've been dealing with a hip/lower back issue for several months and have been feeling frustrated with the regular insurance provided PT. He assessed me and customized all the strength workouts to help with that issue, as well as implemented strengthening for me to continue my running. I learned a lot from him, including the fact that pain does not always mean injury, which gave me confidence to continue training for my ultramarathon. I just completed a race at 70 miles as a top 4 female in the race, without any hip issues and feeling stronger than ever!
