Richard Sandor, M.D.

Dr. Sandor has a friendly, welcoming manner, which I appreciate. He is straightforward and has been honest in his thorough assessment of my particular knee pain issue. I consider him to be on my list of knowledgeable, trustworthy physicians.

I waiting 45 minutes for my appointment. This is unusual to me. I have been using PAMF for years, rarely need to wait so long. I had to ask the front desk to double check. Finally my turn and the nurse looked serious, maybe it is a long day to her. Dr Sandor also looked very serious, I don’t see enough patience from him. Feel that he just wants to be done with me.

I have been going to Dr. Sandor for a number of years because of increasing arthritis and pain from previous trauma in one of my knees. He knows his field and can give me knee injections without pain. He treats his patients with respect and I always feel comfortable visiting him, like going to see a friend. I am also impressed by the support people in his department. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Sandor did not rush the examination at all. It was detailed and thorough. He explained his findings and we discussed my options. His assistant was also caring and kind. As much as I hope I don’t have to go back, if the need presents itself, I would not hesitate to choose Dr. Sandor again.

Dr. Sandor is a very knowledgeable and intelligent sports medicine physician at the Sutter clinic in Mountain View. He listens to your concerns and offers sound advice. He promotes conservative care/treatments which I believe is the right course of action. If the conservative care doesn’t resolve the issue then he will recommend more invasive treatments and explains the pros and cons of each. I find him to be a great choice for orthopedic issues!

Dr Sandor attentively listens and diagnosis root causes beyond what MRI and X-rays show based on his experience. Dr Sandor believes in patient involvement and includes their research into his treatment.

I found Dr. Sandor to be polite, courteous and efficient. He diagnosed the condition in my shoulder as rotator cuff tendonitis and gave me a shot of cortisol and sent me on my way.

Dr. Sandor immediately diagnosed may situation and recommended three alternative solutions with clear pro's and con's. I selected one and he has been successful treating me for the last two years.
