Have to say. I had zero trust in physical therapy! I was not excited to be referred again! But, the level of care I have been receiving has been hands down the best I could have never asked for. Tailored plans for me and my recovery. Have been absolutely uplifting !! Every time I walk in, I am greeted with the most friendly staff up front! Hillary and Veronica have been so patient and always have a smile even with the thousand questions I always have. Then for the doctors. I have been rotating thru three of the kindest individuals I have ever met! Rachael , Kylie and Leeann. Have almost been a type of family. Listening to my tea and not only helping physically but absolutely been a highlight of my week seeing. I really can’t say enough about this place. I am absolutely so grateful to have been referred here. I could not imagine going anywhere else. If you have a choice this place is on another level of care!!

I am beyond thankful for Rezac PT, it’s the first time in my adult life that PT listened and actually addressed the issues I needed. I haven’t just been rushed out either, they actually CARE if you’re getting better! Dr Jacob, Dr Nick, and Shelby have all become good friends while they help me heal. I have never had such quality care from anywhere else. Everyone at the front desk and in the office are so lovely and kind, always making me feel welcome and not just another face walking through the door. Thank you for everything y’all do, I’d still be miserable if it weren’t for every one of you.

I hope this doesn't have a word/character count because I may max it out. TLDNR - I do not believe that I would have received the appropriate medical treatment & post-op care if it weren't for the team & business culture created at Rezac. A much longer story shorter, I had previously been treated for planars facitis by a podiatrist. Those treatments were not working, which brought me to seeing Nick at Rezac. (Read on for the real issue!) When I started seeing Nick, I was extremely skeptical. That changed quickly as it became clear that I was not going to be treated like a 'cog in a machine'. We discussed my issues and what treatments were working/nor working (treatments because I can't think of a better word). Those treatments by the way... I think we may have run them all down. Just when I was starting to feel very disenfranchised as my issue was still unresolved, Nick showed me a picture of something he found that resembled my problem. That's right folks - he took the time to dig in and research what I was experiencing outside of our sessions! It is called tarsal tunnel syndrome. Empowered with this knowledge, I found a podiatrist who was willing to listen both myself and Nick to perform the release surgery. (Who doesn't love feeling heard and seen by your medical providers!!) Fast forward, the surgery recovery time was long. However, Nick and the team at Rezac were right there to get me to the otherside. Recently I was in Korea, with some of the most uneven sidewalks I have ever encountered. I found myself transported back to my therapy. If it hadn't been for the team at Rezac, I do not believe I could have handled those streets. Lastly, and probably most importantly, I understand that the level of care I received could never have happened if it wasn't for the culture that the owners created. From the people working reception, to the other PTs, to the interns, there is a clear mission objective to truly take care of people. No matter your issue, no matter your background, the team would do their best to make you feel welcome and assist you getting back to where you wanted to be functionally. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them (clearly). Should I find myself in need of assistance again, I know exactly who I will be contacting.

Since I started seeing Dr. Kylie Knight, I've stopped falling, avoided the ER completely (I used to go every 3-6 months), and found a bit of peace with my body, brain and life. I'm completely off pain meds and taking 1/2 as much BP meds. I also see LeighAnn, Dr Nick and Dr Jacob. They are all awesome. They have great doctor knowledge and recommendations.....and they don't judge a book by its cover. They also have helped me immensely through time. I've been going there about 8 months and hope to continue on....Rezac has made a huge difference in my life.

My daughter has been going to Rezac and Associates for 2 years for the rehabilitation from two strokes she had when she was 17 years old. She is now almost 9 years post stroke and out of all the therapists my daughter has seen for treatment, Rezac is far and away the absolute best. Her therapists, Dr. Nick and Dr. Rachael, go above and beyond to continually devise new ways to challenge her, build her strength, improve neurological issues and boost her confidence. They are compassionate and patient. Both therapists use humor and kindness to inspire her. Their compassion and care for her is so comforting to me as her mother. Hannah has improved more at Rezac in two years than she had with any other therapy group. It is obvious Dr. Nick and Dr. Rachael love what they do. We are so fortunate to have found this practice and I will never be able to truly express to her therapists just how grateful I am for their sincere investment in my daughter's life.

Rezac’s is truly an amazing place! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. I suffered a covid vaccine injury that left me with dysautonomia symptoms, vestibular ocular accommodation dysfunction, and muscle/joint issues. Dr Jacob Schaller-Ward and Shelby helped put me back together! I owe them so much for my health and healing as they cheered me on! I’m so grateful! I highly recommend Rezac & Associates. You will receive expert care and have a community of people supporting you on your journey to health. I’m so grateful!

I can’t recommend Drs. Nick, Lexi, and Rachael enough for their Ehlers-Danlos specific physical therapy. I have felt more seen and understood by them than any other previous health professionals, because they have real experience with this syndrome. They also pointed me in the direction of Fran Gorman who was able to quickly diagnose me with EDS. I’m overwhelmingly grateful for the professional and personalized support from this team.

The PTs at Rezac & Associates have made one of the biggest impacts in my life for the better. I've had issues since childhood and into adulthood that have been dismissed throughout the years by other doctors of different specialities. I was fortunate to get a referral to this office and I am so thankful that I did. I've been attending appointments routinely 2 days a week since July and have seen incredible results in my progress in just a few short months. The Doctors at this office are incredibly professional, encouraging and it's clear they care deeply for their patients as a whole person. Dr. Scott, Dr. Rachael, Dr.Jacob, Dr. Nic and Dr.Lexi (no particular order) all have been wonderful and bring different knowledge and experience to my case; I feel seen and heard when I come to this office that I have rarely experienced in healthcare settings. Alison, Shelby, LeeAnn, Imani, Alex and Heather have been kind and helpful staff at the office as well. (I also can't forget to include Sadie the therapy dog's warmest of welcomes). I've found a new take on life with the work these doctors have done on my body that I've always been detached from. I've gained confidence I've never had because they have given me tools, exercises and educated me to continue my progress myself which is extremely empowering. Thank you Rezac & Associates you're much appreciated!
