It's obvious the ladies here have only accomplished enough PT education in order to get the job. It's almost like half of them didn't know what yoga was, when every stretch they gave me to do is exactly that. Their focus was only on pain relief exercises. But I needed to heal and build muscle because of my condition and the young age I have my condition at. They treated me like an 80 year old man who couldn't get out of bed and talked to me like an unintelligent child. Also, while I was there doing the stretches, NO attention to if I was even doing the stretches correctly, at least when I go to a yoga class the instructor helps me do the exercises correctly so I'm not hurting myself further. Wasted my time and my money.
