I was looking for someone who provided lymphatic drainage massage. I had just returned home from having a facelift, neck lift, brow lift and blepharoplasty so I was still very swollen, stiff and lumpy from cosmetic surgery. It took some research as this service is not abundantly available by qualified providers. I found Revive Therapy and got an immediate reply from Steve Metzger and he was able to fit me in his schedule and get me on a weekly cadence of visits. Steve has a ton of medical experience and training and was able to make a huge difference for me during my healing process. He helped both the physical healing as well as the emotional reassurances that I was progressing very normally. Cosmetic surgery can be a scary thing especially when it’s on your face, so having another support system beyond your surgeon telling you that everything looks great and knowing how to speed the recovery through massage was so reassuring. I began to really look forward to my appointments because they made such a difference in getting the lymph flowing, relaxing my appearance to help movement and reducing soreness. I purchased a package that saved me some cost on 6 visits and now Im ready to reduce frequency to monthly visits for maintenance until I’m fully healed. Steve is thorough, considerate and very kind. He’s also very reliable and confirms all appointments through consistent communication. I definitely recommend Revive Therapy for any number of massage services, women's issues, aches & pains etc.
