Sarah is AMAZING! If you are looking for personalized care with someone who listens, who is compassionate, and who loves what she does, this is the place to go! When I first began working with her, I could barely walk. I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis. Two of my discs are completely gone. I had severe pain that even prescription medicine could barely mask, in addition to numbness and tingling down my entire right leg. After just a few short weeks of meeting with her and implementing her physical therapy, I began to walk again and was able to get off the prescription pain meds! I also love how personalized she has been with me. I used to love working out, but due to my back pain, I was frightened of going and injuring myself further. She was willing to meet with me at my gym and take my physical therapy to a new level! She has taken me from barely able to walk to enjoying my gym three times a week. The biggest blessing: her therapy has also given my family back their mom and wife. I love Sarah and the relationship we have built these past few months. I'm grateful for the life altering impact she's given me through her therapy. Highly recommend her!

I can’t say enough good things about Sarah! I saw Sarah for prenatal pelvic floor therapy with my second baby (I also had a history of some prolapse from my first delivery). Through my interactions with Sarah, it is apparent that she truly gives her all to individualize interventions and pinpoint areas of concern. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable - she really knows her stuff! She also has so many techniques/interventions to offer such as dry needling, scraping, and manual techniques. Whenever I visit MU Health for prenatal appointments and checkups, staff always rave about what a great provider Sarah is. Sarah has helped my body prepare for labor for my second child and she has even assisted in coaching me with Spinning Babies techniques to get my baby into proper positioning for labor/delivery. Aside from her role as a provider, Sarah is just a wonderful person with a very caring heart. I look forward to continuing to be under her care for pelvic floor therapy postpartum, if needed!

Sarah is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I have been experiencing pelvic floor issues since college and just 1 session into treatment with Sarah has absolutely blown my mind with how helpful it has already been. I have had zero children so I honestly didn’t think my issues could be “that bad” but I wish I would’ve started years ago! Not only is Sarah an absolute gem of a human who will make you feel immediately comfortable in her space, she is VASTLY knowledgeable in pelvic floor physical therapy and incredible at what she does. I am SO happy I found Sarah and am under her care!

Sarah has been amazing to work with throughout my pregnancy. After experiencing round ligament pain early pregnancy I scheduled with her desperate for help, and I am immensely grateful I did. The tips she’s given me with each session have helped me be comfortable into the end of my pregnancy. I’m definitely going to be seeking help after baby is here as well to make sure I’m doing all I can to support my body and pelvic floor during the recovery phase. I have told all my friends and coworkers about how amazing she is to work with, and I only wish I would have known the benefits of pelvic floor PT with/after my first baby.

I started seeing Sarah for hip pain and postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. I have been so impressed with her knowledge and exceptional care every step of the way. She is very thorough and walks you through everything she’s doing so it’s a comfortable and educational experience. My symptoms have improved a ton, and I feel so much more connected to my body. Absolutely love Sarah! She's great at what she does! Always makes me feel heard, and listened too! I've learned so much about my body since seeing her. And I'm excited to continue using her as my pelvic floor therapist throughout my pregnancy!

Sarah is an absolute gem! I have had pelvic pain for over a decade from various injuries (bicycle, sports, etc). I saw a chiropractor and massage therapist regularly and thought this injury was healed as well as it could be. No one suggested pelvic floor PT to me, which is insane looking back. I was looking for a pelvic floor specialist to assist me in prepping for my first labor, and after delivery. I am so glad I came to see Sarah in my third trimester. She not only relieved a decade’s worth of pain, she gave me proper stretching and strengthening tools to prep for labor. You can take a birthing class in person, but is that person going to actually know how to teach you when/where to push for your body? No. But Sarah will! She spends a lot of time with you to find a plan that fits your needs. Highly highly recommend!
