I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Revive PT. I worked with Chris and Ernie after being injured at work in a vehicle accident. The care they provided was amazing and tailored to fit my needs/physical demands to allow me to return to work. They’re highly skilled and professional and everything is one on one. The facility is really nice too. Highly recommend!

March of 2024 I had pain in my left leg which made walking difficult. My PCP provided me with a referral for physical therapy.. I found Revive on Google and read all the reviews then made an appt for the next day with Kim. I began working with Chris who explained the compression in my back was the issue. He taught me exercises which I do at home and then he gives me additional training at the facility. I am pain free and strong so I can easily walk our Boxer dog. I am so thankful for the Revive team, they are extremely kind, caring, and very knowledgable in their field.

I can't imagine finding a better place for physical therapy than Revive. I had chronic lower back issues and they really helped me out with specific exercises and stretches for my condition. Today I am in much better shape. The staff are super nice with a high level of expertise. I highly recommend Revive for any physical therapy needs.

Dr. Santoro brings a rare combination of diagnostic expertise and and a range of different approaches that he adapts specifically to each patient. After several years of severely hampered walking I am able to walk again.

I would highly recommend Revive therapy. Love the personalized care. Ive Seen Ernie, Nick and Chandler they are all great. Every time i went there i got relief from neck/shoulder pain. Kathleen the Practice Manager is great as well. Always pleasant! She scheduled me an appointment with a provider at Gaylord and was taken quickly. 5 stars

Hands down the best Physical Therapists in the area. I walked in a few weeks after I had a torn rotator cuff surgery to this location and recieved a very warm welcome. All the Therapists are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I got Chris as my personal therapist and I couldn't be happier with my sessions with him and the results he is producing. I am making massive progress and I am thrilled. Kudos to Ernie for putting together a great team. PS - Try out Kim's cookies at the front desk - Its heavenly!!! George A

I am in need of a shoulder replacement but cannot have surgery. My doctor recommended physical therapy in order to help my range of motion as well as minimize the pain. I’ve been seeing Ernie Santoro regularly for 6 months now and he has made a huge difference in my quality of life. He is incredibly knowledgeable as well as kind and patient. I could have chosen a physical therapy practice that is closer to home but he is worth the travel time. I would not go anywhere else. Ernie came highly recommended to me and I in turn, highly recommend him and his practice.
