The gals at Revive are absolutely phenomenal! They truly practice holistic care, caring for you as a whole person. They helped me more than any other physical therapist or chiropractor has ever helped me with my back pain. Not only did they find the root cause of my pain but helped me understand how to continue to improve my quality of life with simple exercises and tips to do at home. They took the time to thoroughly explain what they were doing and why. I am a midwife, and I still learned so much about my own body during my PT appointments. I even took away education that I can use to help other mamas in my line of work as a midwife. If you are considering visiting Revive for your PT needs, just do it! You won’t regret it.

I love the gals at Revive! Everyone there is so friendly and attentive to your needs. Haylee played an instrumental role in my recovery postpartum. She not only helped me recover physically, but took time each appointment to ask how I was doing. She gave me countless resources and connected me to other postpartum support! She was very responsive whenever I reached out to her for help. The ladies there are also very understanding when it comes to kids, and even changed by baby's diaper during appointments so that I could focus on my own recovery. The ladies here make me feel valued as a person.

I would highly recommend the whole team at REVIVE! I sought out REVIVE after my sister had seen good results and I was getting nowhere with my primary doctor or gynecologist. They have been amazing on helping me understand how my body works/moves and how to really get back to the basics of movement and breathing, which can really make a difference for your whole body. I was recommended Revive when looking to do something about my diastasis after having four kids and having a significant split in those ab muscles. I am very thankful for that direction and all the help I have received at Revive. It has been a long process, but Ashley has patiently worked with me in working my pelvic floor and getting all my muscles coordinated, and I have seen great improvement! My split is MUCH smaller and not nearly as deep, and I feel so much better doing daily tasks around my house and trying things I haven't felt like doing for awhile. Ashley and the others have been great encouragers and show knowledge and understanding when talking with them at the appointments.

I really appreciated how Courtney took the time to really get to know me and my concerns before she started any treatment. Her vast knowledge of the pelvic floor helped me improve not only uncomfortable post menopausal intercourse and hip pain, but my nutrition, constipation, and overall health.
