Dr. Collins has been an amazing PT so far, and understands how to treat complex, systemic pain better than any PT I've been to before. He's very accommodating and friendly, too!

I have been going to Dr Collins for 2 years now. He has helped me heal from a broken foot, increased mobility in all of my body, healed my pelvic floor and diastasis recti, loose over 130 pounds, and gain muscle. I highly recommend going to Revitalize 3D.
