Dr Brad Root is a very compassionate, intelligent, and caring physician. He pays close attention to you, what the issue is and really takes the time to help get you your best results. He goes above and beyond and will reach out to other physicians if needed get you the best care possible. I have rarely come across a more compassionate and effective physician. He is also just a really good person.. Amazing!

If you follow my reviews you know I don't give out 5 stars easily. In dozens of reviews with 10s of thousands of views I have only left a handful of 5 star reviews. Dr. Max Root is a great doctor. His staff is amazing, his personality and demeanor are perfectly suited for a pain management doctor. His advice is sound and he knows how to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. If you need a great doctor, look no further.

The staff here is very kind and helpful. Dr. Brad Root is one of the best doctors out there. He LISTENS, cares, and gives great advice. He is very intelligent and wants the best outcome for his patients! Big thanks to all that work there.

The staff here is AMAZING! They're organized and compassionate. I feel like they listen to my needs and really try to help me. I always feel like they care. They're working hard to help me heal. They wipe down everything and change linens between every patient. I'm OCD like that, so I notice these things. I look forward to my visits here! 👍🏽👍🏽

Its ok, taking some getting used to, we will see as time goes on, its a little to early to give any kind of review right now. I will post something in about 6 months maybe, that should be enough time to see how they measure up to customer service satisfaction. Be back soon. Well I have had some time to experience Revere health and personally, not so good. First It feels like I am always sending them money, even though I have insurance. Also I get letters of demands for payment on 20 dollar co-pays, that are not late and just barely accrued within the week saying they are going to go to collections if I don’t pay the bill right away, when I try to pay after the visit they say I don’t have a balance, then shortly after I receive the urgent letter to pay. I don’t see very much customer service/ courteous, I understand they want to get paid, but is it really necessary to be so heavy leaning on the financial aspect. I don’t give Revere high marks. If this review is pertaining to Dr. Root, he’s awesome best in the business, very attentive and concerned for the patient also his assistant Jaycee is great very responsive and helpful in every way, I only hope that Revere is treating its Doctors and Doctors Assistants better than they are treating the patients. I have been a patient in this office for many years and when they made the change over to Revere I was skeptical, but I thought I would give it some time and see how things panned out, I don’t know maybe I need have more patience and understanding we’ll see how it goes with Revere. Since my previous post, Revere health has been most accommodating and more understanding of certain issues. I appreciate their efforts to assist with improved quality of customer services and assistance with any concerns regarding healthcare. Thank you Revere healthcare.

The staff are incredibly compassionate and caring. Ashley is a wonderful nurse. I’ve seen Sean Stucki for many years. Because of his expertise I have been able to live a normal life after numerous failed surgeries at Dixie Regional. I am grateful that Sean stayed by me and helped me heal as well as have the strength to move forward. He is the best pain specialist one can ever find; as well as the most caring individual who will find the answer to help you regain a normal life. I am grateful I have these professionals helping me through the healing process!

Great doctors at this location. Dr. Bradley Root has been the easiest, friendly, most informed doctor that I have had for pain management. He truly cares about his patients and has a great staff.

Dr. Root was fantastic at diagnosing my problem. I had never heard of bursitis and had suffered with constant pain for 5 years. He had me take oral steroids because I’m terrified of needles and then had me rest from walking an hour a day for one week and then start on physical therapy for several weeks. It was very convenient to see him here in Cedar City where I live than having to spend so much time traveling to St. George! I’m super impressed and grateful to the therapy team here in Cedar City !!! Becky Shields
