Dr. Lee has helped me and my neck problem more than any other doctor or therapy I have received in 4 years. In late 2019 I begin to notice that I had neck pain and small involuntary neck spasms. I had previously taken care of my mother with Alzheimer’s and I believe I injured myself during that time. Over the years I saw various doctors, had multiple MRIs and X-rays and a nerve conduction test. I also received two steroid injections that did nothing for my condition. I tried various forms of physical therapy also that never improved my neck condition. Then in July of 2023 I met Dr. Lee and I can tell almost immediately that her method was what I needed. Over the last 5 months under Dr. Lees care I have noticed a significant change in my condition. I went from an average pain of 7/10 a day down to 3/10 a day. Using the techniques that Dr. Lee has taught me and with continued treatment with her I believe that it will continue to reduce until it becomes non existent. Dr. Lee is very educated and very professional and explains everything to you in the best way. She was the first person that actually went over my MRIs with me. Dr. Lees personality and welcoming nature also help with treatment. She always makes me feel comfortable and I trust her very much. Since I have been seeing her I have improved physically and mentally as well. I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone needing physical therapy or that has tried other methods for a long lasting problem that has found no other help elsewhere. I am very grateful for Dr. Lee and I’m so glad that I met her and I will continue to see her and improve myself.

Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Lee! I have been in and out of physical therapy for many years due to semi-chronic back and neck issues. Things would get better, but the problems always returned. PT felt boring, time-consuming, and ultimately kind of pointless. Dr. Lee said she could fix me for good, and I admit I was skeptical at first. Her approach is different, and different is good! With a combo of PT, really quick and enjoyable at-home stretches, and in-office adjustments over 8 weeks, I’ve graduated to once per week 15-minute appointments. I haven’t felt consistently pain-free in more than 16 years, so this feels rather miraculous!

TLDR: If you are having a physical problem that no other health expert has been able to solve, then come to Dr. Lee before giving up. What's the worst that can happen? You feel better forever? Explanation: I had been to several chiropractors and physical therapists for my lower back pain. Harmonie is the ONLY one to not only get rid of my pain but solve the root of the issue that was causing it in the first place. She is professional, extremely intelligent, and a delight to work with. I would recommend her to anyone with a problem or anyone looking for preventative care. She is the best. If she moves away I don't know what I will do. Just do it.

I had back pain for 2 years. Dr. Lee explained what the problem most likely was and gave me the knowledge and tools to actually make progress on fixing it. It took 6 months of dedicated work and stretching, but I am now pain free. Could not recommend her enough.

The greatest thing she has done for me is given me the crazy idea that I might not be stuck in a body that hurts for the rest of my life. My own experience with Dr. Lee as a physical therapist has been unfolding over the past five years or so. Thanks to her working with me in person and over the phone I have been relieved from what used to be recurring hip pain, tingling and numbness in my right hand that I suspected was carpal tunnel issues, —it was not—, and what used to be really horrible occasional migraines. She first helped me resolve the hip pain I always used to feel during pregnancy when all my joints get loosey goosey and I wouldn’t be able to walk without stabbing pain in my hips. She taught me over the phone how to reset my pelvis and fix the immediate problem of the pain. Then she proceeded to teach me how to retrain my pelvic floor muscles to turn on properly when they needed to to hold my pelvis in place so that it didn’t keep happening. During a long distance backpacking trip I misjudged the height of a jump down from a rock and jarred something in my pelvis out of place. Immediate unhikeable pain. We took off our gear, and my husband proceeded to go through everything Harmonie had taught us and sooner than later, got it back in its place and were on our way to meet our ride at a road crossing without much of a delay. I know Dr. Lee is an incredible physical therapist and doctor because without ever being able to actually get her hands on me (I lived about 1,000 miles away at the time), she diagnosed my carpal tunnel symptoms as a stuck rib AND made us a video of how to get it unstuck. Within thirty minutes that sucker moved and my whole arm and hand was tingling and the creeping numbness that had been worsening over months to almost total began to recede back from whence it came. Obviously from the correctly diagnosed immovable rib. These days we are working on my neck pain which I used to believe was just a part of my life. I had “tight muscles” or whatever. Or maybe I smiled too much or was dehydrated too much or worked too hard or…. I had no idea that my horrible headaches—migraines that would make me puke, call out of work, or in bed for half a day or more— were simply caused by the musculoskeletal issues I had. I’m not a doctor but I like saying that word. What a great gift for someone to explain why you are hurting and give you hope that it doesn’t have to be that way forever, and then gives you the tools to help yourself fix your own pain. Harmonie’s slow and patient working-with-the-body approach to physical therapy not only aligns with my philosophy of healing (things that really work and are actually good for us take time and effort) but is also actually healing my body and undoing the years of stiffness I’ve tolerated. I’m well on the way to being migraine free and my body lets me know when it needs my help to move the next thing that is ready. I could say so much more, but simply, Dr. Lee is an excellent human and an excellent doctor and she will do her best to help you and your body figure out your pain and how to resolve it.

Okay, I always try having faith in healthcare providers, and this time was ZERO disappointment. Big picture and fluid connectivity vision is what you’ll get with Dr. Lee; if you haven’t booked your appointment with her yet- you’re only hurting/stunting yourself. Clairvoyant shaman of the present times, very thankful to have gotten a recommendation to see her! I give her six stars, for her tuned in sixth sense. (:
