Called to explain I needed 12 weeks of sessions. Got first two weeks scheduled then and told that we'd schedule the 10 remaining weeks during the first visit. I'm also told I should expect to pay around $30-40 with insurance per visit. First visit, I'm told front desk isn't available so we should schedule day after that and I'd be receiving a phone call. No phone call. So next visit a day after that, I ask to schedule the next appointments as soon as I arrive and I'm told the next available visit is a month after my second week. Then I receive an explanation of benefits from my insurance for four times that. I'll be changing practices. This isn't reliable enough to schedule and estimates are widely off. The PT was great so it's a shame.

I loved working with Jamie Mengert. She helped me address the carpel tunnel I had in both hands. Her tips and expertise were exactly what I needed to get on the path to healing and relief. She made braces for me that have worked well for me. I appreciate all her care and thoughtful listening and highly recommend Jamie if you are looking for any support healing your arms, wrists or hands.

Extremely well run, professional & polite therapy clinic. Jamie was my wrist therapist and was a delight to work with. Very conscientious, gave terrific advice, positive words of encouragement and my wrist healed faster than I thought it would. Would highly recommend Jamie and this location. :)

Helen and Jamie are amazing occupational therapists. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and kind with their patients. They helped me explore a variety of strategies with my carpal tunnel and it has improved a lot after a few months!

Everyone at the location is very receptive and welcoming. They were thorough and knowledgeable regarding my needs and made all efforts to ensure I was receiving the help, care and information I needed to move forward. Definitely recommend this location!

Jamie and the RET team are fantastic! I felt very well taken care of from day one until my broken wrist completely healed. Their scheduling and check-in systems are super easy, and Jamie was an excellent listener and very attentive to all the details of my recovery. If I ever need OT again, I will be back.

I couldn't ask for a better OT than Jamie. She guided me through a severe wrist injury, from wearing a cast/having barely any hand movement to functioning well and my wrist not looking as grotesque as I feared. She encouraged and helped me every step of the way during a difficult time. I was grateful for her expertise, patience, and great attitude. She was integral to my recovery and worth the drive from Southwest Seattle to Northgate twice a week for months.

Natalie came highly recommended when I was looking for a waterproof cast option for my broken arm. She was very helpful beginning with my first phone call. After my surgery wrap was removed, Natalie made me a custom thermoplastic cast specific to my arm and needs. This will be a *Game Changer* in the recovery process. It is very low profile, lightweight, yet stiff, custom fit specifically to my arm and waterproof/ish. Best of all, I can open the brace to let my skin breath, massage my tendons, and begin very gentle OT exercises. This is HUGE, all these benefits set me up for best outcomes in getting my arm and wrist back in working order. During our in initial session, Natalie took great care to tend to my arm and offer suggestions to help my recovery. I highly recommend Natalie for hand/wrist occupational therapy and for waterproof cast options; custom thermoplastic splints; breathable casts.
