From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The clinic has a positive, upbeat atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I’ve been seeing my therapist here for a few months now, and the difference has been incredible. The personalized treatment plan they created specifically for my needs has not only helped alleviate my pain but also improved my overall mobility. They take the time to listen to your concerns and explain every step of the process, making sure you’re fully informed and involved in your recovery journey. The entire team at Results Physiotherapy is professional, caring, and truly dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. My bill reflected the total Results charged for an initial less than 1 hour 'consult' ($561) alongside my initial payment ($100) and then I get a bill saying I owe even more a month later. An hour session should never cost $561 for what was offered/done during this session was minimal and simply nowhere near worth that much regardless of insurance adjustment. I paid $100 in good faith and was told this would be the TOTAL I would have to pay outside of insurance. That wasn't true. I did not find the initial consultation to be useful, it was brief, and did not 'treat' anything but was more of a general 'check' followed by recommendations to do basic home PT - all of which was simple and stuff most people already know. I was pressured to come in 2/3 times a week - at $100 + a session. As I have not nearly met my deductible I let them know this was far too expensive and I wasn't willing to do this. They said it was 'really important' I did and eventually we agreed I would do home PT instead and come in once a week. When I got home I thought about it and realized I was not going to get anything out of this that justified $100 + a week. I preferred to do aqua therapy and I wasn't impressed with the set-up at Results. The staff were friendly/nice but that wasn't enough. I do not believe anything I experienced during a very short initial meeting could possibly justify billing $561 - not even close. I do not want to pay any more for what was a very brief, superficial and disappointing experience. I have worked with other PT places that have never done this. The people are nice but overall this wasn't a positive experience. Plus they said I probably didn't have frozen shoulder despite an MRI clearly stating that's exactly what I had (and only that). It's not good when para-professionals think they can correct a diagnosis.

Great experience with Results. It was always easy to schedule and work with Viviana who was consistently concerned, helpful and accommodating. She’s awesome and a great anchor for that office. Thank you Viviana! My two excellent Physical Therapists were Dr.Paul and Sahil at the Stone Oak facility. From beginning to end each session was such a good experience. I appreciated that they really listened. I felt understood and liked the multi techniques to help with various pain issues over several months in which I have gotten great relief. The home exercises sent to me consistently helped me to enhance my progress. The exercise plans they sent were very effective. I can’t say enough about these healing men. They are so good at what they do! And they really care!!! You are blessed to have them on your team. Thank you Paul and Sahil. I give both men 5 stars and will recommend them to my friends and family.

After hurting my lower back lifting a heavy stone tile in my backyard, I went to Results Physiotherapy for treatment. First, I met with therapist Sahil who evaluated my condition and started a series of exercises program to perform at their location and at home, including online access to exercise videos guide. Sahil, Elaine and Paul were the therapists that worked with me to treat my condition, but most of my therapy sessions were with Paul, which I consider a truly caring person. Saying this, I’m very forgetful of the names of exercises and at every session, Paul will lay down on the floor and show me how to perform the exercises. Thank you, Paul, for going above your duties to help me with my rehabilitation. Sahil, Elaine and Paul are very professional, respectful and friendly and they care for the privacy of their patients when performing exercises. I’m very pleased with the results. I have no pain doing my daily activities. I highly recommend Results Physiotherapy clinic located at Stone Ridge, Highway 281 South.

I have been going to this office for the past few months getting treatment for my shoulder. The staff is super friendly and they did a great job identifying my troubles and got my shoulder back to fully functioning. The entire staff make you feel welcome and made the sessions a fun time. Hope I won't need another treatment but if I do, I will be coming back to the Stone Oak office.

The Staff at Results Physiotherapy at Stone Oak, San Antonio, TX are top notch crew!! The care I have received has surpassed any physical therapy I have had in the past to say that now I'm actually able to jog when I was told that I would have limp for life and not ever be able to jog again. This is no longer the case and Minami my therapist has done amazing work on and with me to include take home homework I can do on my own time. I continue to use her handouts to help strengthen my left ankle from a previous bad partial tendon tear. Blessed for this staff and her. It's a great facility with excellent care!! I highly recommend them!!

The team at Results Physiotherapy were outstanding. I have been to Physical Therapy in the past at other clinics but, none compare to the level of attention and direction that I received at the Stone Oak facility. All of the staff were very professional and very good at helping me to recover and regain strength in the muscles that support my knee.

From check in to check out, a very pleasant experience. Every therapist at Results Physiotherapy knows their anatomy and how to manipulate your body to prepare you for the exercises to come. I believe I’ve made more progress here than at any other PT I’ve been to in the past. Highly recommend.
