Mara is amazing! I have been dealing with chronic pain for decades. Mara was able to find stretches and exercises that did not make my pain worse. Her knowledge of muscles and movement is top notch. I recommend Results PT to anyone having a difficult time trying to building muscles back up the right way after years of atrophy and incorrect building.

It’s been a little while since I finished my therapy at Results, but I want to thank Maura especially for her patient and persistent work with me. I had a nagging back pain for months and finally went to PT. She was able to gradually work me thru exercises to strengthen and regain mobility, and James did some dry needling work that helped the process. It was a great experience and a couple of months later that nagging daily pain has subsided and I am very grateful! Highly recommend Results for therapy!

James and Mara listen well and personalize therapy to meet individual needs from one appointment to the next. Overcoming 2 broken legs was very discouraging at times but they were quick to recount my progress and help me to push on. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
