Results Physiotherapy Franklin, Tennessee - South

I had a total knee replacement Oct 14. I went to therapy on Oct 16 and finished today Nov 27. 17 visits. My leg is 0°straight and 130° bend. All the employees there are super friendly and well qualified. My therapist was Hannah. She is a great therapist and a super mice person. I recommend them 100%.

I went to results in so much pain. Unable to sit for long periods. Pain when going from sitting to standing! I had a little doubt that I’d be able to heal but was hopeful from all of the knowledge that Jackson shared! He was amazing. Always took the time to listen to how I felt & how my body responded to the mobility and strength things we would do each session! I would recommend anyone to come!! I’m healed, happy and feeling good!! Thanks Jackson!

I've seen a few therapists at this location, and they've all been excellent. They're all very effective therapists but also personable and easy to talk to. The scheduling and billing departments do a great job as well. My only issue is that Results the chain seems to treat their employees very poorly. I was shocked to see another therapist back in the office a week after his wife had a baby. I asked my therapist, and she said they are given no paternity leave, and he'd only been able to take off that one week because he saved up PTO. (If management is reading this, I only know because I asked directly. No one was complaining.) I was shocked that such a large chain doesn't offer better benefits. Made me want to take my business elsewhere. Do better!

I had a wonderful experience at Results Physiotherapy. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Kelli, my physical therapist, was kind and encouraging. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have been helped a lot with my pains. My body is much stronger and this crew explain the various exercises very well. They are so kind and helpful that I will miss seeing them.

Love this place! They make it fun. Hannah and Madison are my primary. Been coming over a year (severe back problems). 68 years old, first time I have ever loved it. They are great!

I found the physical therapists to be unprofessional, chatty, women who focus more on talking about their boyfriends and life than working on the patient. The woman I saw was more mature, but thought it was acceptable to work on two people at the same time. I am a cash patient and when I got my bill it reflected insurance prices. I called multiple times to try to straighten this out and after being on hold, for very extended periods of time I was told even though my insurance didn’t pay for anything they could not adjust my bill to a cash patient. A supervisor refused to get on the phone. I would not recommend this facility!

I had a shoulder issue that ultimately required surgery and was treated by Hannah before and after surgery. She is the best!!! Extremely knowledgable and caring with a fun personality and was a real joy to have her help me navigate through this. I finally have all my range of motion back without pain. I never could’ve gotten there without Hannah! Highly recommend.
