My 5 stars is for Justin! If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about his patients and their recovery it’s him! He is not there only for the money! I had worked with a few others and I can definitely tell the difference! This is his passion for sure! He definitely deserves a raise!!!

At age 75 I have been to several PT providers in Decatur area. Lower back, hip & knee were the targeted areas (at different times). I have never before experienced the total attention & individualization provided. I “learned” about my issue, I “understood” what and why & how often to do “exercises”. I was assisted by the SAME person for every one of my 20+ sessions. Justin E worked with me beyond my expectations. I assume all the staff at “Results” are similar to Justin… however, I guarantee you will be pleased with your “Results “ working with JUSTIN ! He let me video one of the exercises I had trouble with…so I was able to do it correctly at home as I watched…my experience was SO much more than being given a copy of a sheet of exercises then every session having a different person ask “how are you”?.., Justin could tell by the way I walked into the room- amazing guy!

Results Physiotherapy took very good care of me. The staff there is outstanding! I could not have asked for better care! They were very committed to getting my new surgical knee replacement healed and getting me back to full range of motion. All the folks there are very caring. Just an outstanding group of people and I highly recommend them !

I'm so pleased with the care I've received. I've been for two different issues. Each time, the therapist I had was great. The staff works as a team, the therapists push just enough to make you stronger. I've developed good working relationships with this office. If I'm in need of Physical Therapy in the future I would choose this office again. I also would happily refer my friends to get treatment here.

Results physiotherapy has helped me recover from several injuries over the past 5 years. The staff is great.. A few weeks ago I received a refund check for almost $900 for overpayment. There really was no explanation except I had over paid. I felt like this should have been caught earlier and shouldn’t have never gotten to this point. I also felt like I deserved a better explanation and documentation. I trusted them to charge me properly so this was a surprise. It makes me think that they didn't properly account for what insurance was paying. Other than that, the service was great.

They're knowledgeable and helpful. My go-to place for rehab and they are extremely understanding when life happens or you get sick and need to reschedule

Justin, my therapist, was wonderful. He listened and cared about helping me get well. When I started I could barely walk across the room without pain. 2 1-2 months later I’m walking 2 miles a day at a nice pace. When one avenue didn’t help, Justin tried another one. His wheels were always turning to try and understand how he could help me. He has given me the tools (stretches/exercises) to help me help myself and that is why I sought therapy in the first place!

I will never go anywhere else for any physical therapy I need from this point on. Everyone who works there are awesome. My therapist Sara well both of the Sara's actually are absolutely the best. I adore that place and actually look forward to therapy. The assistants are wonderful too. They listen and most importantly really try to help instead of worrying about what INS will pay. I have never had any problems with INS and co-pay. You can tell everyone there LOVES their job! I tell everyone I know about them! I work for a medical practice and suggest Results physiotherapy to our patients! I may cry a little when my therapy treatment plan ends :)
