Results Physiotherapy Atlanta, Georgia - Midtown

I have "graduated" from physical therapy, and I miss my friends at Results! Caitlin and her team are FANTASTIC! Everyone is so welcoming, and Caitlin is so knowledgable. I looked forward to my appointments and really do miss seeing everyone! Thank you for getting me back up and moving! I recommend 100% and will be back if I need PT again. Miss seeing you all!!

Everyone at Results is so kind and courteous! Caitlin was knowledgeable about my injury and was able to share her knowledge to me in an understanding manner. She is super friendly and makes you feel at home when doing your exercises. She is even able to manage multiple clients at once in an attentive manner. I saw John once, and he was also a great new addition to the facility! I would definitely recommend Results Physiotherapy! Even their receptionist is super kind and welcoming!

I made an appointment without a doctor's referral. It was explained to me that because a did not have a referral, it would not be covered by my insurance and I was required to pay $100 per session. I had 4 sessions costing a total of $400. Months later I received a bill for another $1200 which I disputed. And months after that I received a new bill for $600 which I disputed. After a year of back and forth my bill was reduced to about $100. I feel that I have already paid for the service, and it was never explained that there would be additional costs or that they would claim against my insurance. Had I known, I would have left before the first session. Maybe it was buried in all the documents I signed. I probably should have read them better, but I trusted what I was told by the front desk. Since then I've had frequent calls from Results PT bill collectors and each time I've requested to discuss the matter with a supervisor. Results PT's supervisor, Jeremy, has ignored me each time and never reached out over the past 6 months. It's been 18 months of frustration.

I "graduated!" My experience at this location has been absolutely fenominal. Caitlin was caring and fun to talk to. She helped me went through my healing journey with my knees and I'm happy that I'm ready to be back full force at the gym again. Definitely will recommend this place for whoever looking for physical therapy. Great service, great front desk staff, working with my insurance without me having to worry about those things.

I had a great experience at Results Physiotherapy in Midtown Atlanta. Caitlin is excellent! The care, treatment and tips she provided me with has left me feeling 100% better. She is very personable as is the entire staff. They are very professional, personable and provide great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Caitlin and her team at Results Physiotherapy (Midtown) provided exceptional service. I received focused attention and care for my injury, and I was able to gain strength and flexibility in a way that was measured and attainable. I appreciated the text reminder system and informative emails to aid my recovery process. Yahne, the receptionist, was very friendly and was always available to answer any insurance related questions. Caitlin is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I looked forward to my appointments knowing that she would put me at ease and provide great care. She and her intern Marissa provided a comfortable environment, allowing me to focus and discuss any questions or concerns I had about my recovery. The exercises were varied and highly targeted with milestone improvements along the way that kept me engaged and focused. I highly recommend the midtown team!

I went to Results for a hip impingement and I couldn't be happier with my experience there. Cait (my physical therapist) was extremely knowledgeable and personable at the same time, giving you correct information in an easily understandable way. I started looking forward to my appointments after a couple weeks because it started to feel like a little community and it felt bittersweet when my time here was up. As long as you do your at-home work, this group of awesome people will help you get back to pain-free living in no time!
