Great staff that really care and work hard to make sure you're getting the best treatment. My 10 year old had to have PT twice a week after a broken arm, and they made it fun while letting her talk their ears off without complaint. Will always use Benchmark if any PT needs arise for our family again in the future

I absolutely love coming to this BenchMark! The staff here are so welcoming! You feel like a PERSON not a NUMBER! Caitlin, Lori, and Skylar are so knowledgeable and helpful with the exercises helping me get through this Shoulder Surgery! Autumn is the best Office Cordinator Ever! She makes you feel so welcome; between amazing decorations, coffee always ready to go, always helpful with scheduling and reminders! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

All the personel are great to work with. Extremely friendly. They go over and beyond to help out, always eager to help. My husband has handicaps, but each person there makes him feel welcome like a friend. He lights up when we go. Thanks guys. Great staff and care, professional and friendly.

From my 1st moment hobbling through the door on crutches & a full leg brace, I was greeted with the most cheerful, smiling faces. Five long months I’ve spent with everyone there, and I received nothing but the greatest care. They listen to your questions, no matter how silly they may be. I hope I never need their services again, but I know where I’ll go if I do.

The Clinic First and foremost it's a small and quaint place which allows a more personal and speedy path to meet your goal to recovery. It’s clean, friendly, well organized and has a roomy setting. (there’s nothing worse than an overcrowded clinic) The Staff Both the Admin and PT staff have expert knowledge and are compassionate about the outcome of your success. They were all very willing to go the extra to answer any questions, demonstrate a variety of exercises or provide home techniques for continued improvement . Best of all , it’s done with patience and compassion. (they demonstrate their knowledge through compassion) The Experience My PT program was designed to continuously measure and adjust the exercises to reach my goal. At each visit, they listened to my particular struggles then provided appropriate exercises. (it’s not a constant set of protocol exercises). Once released, former patients are offered a courtesy program to use the clinic for a small monthly fee.
