During the 1 and 1/2 hour session I had with Kelly, I felt so much pain leave my shoulders and my back. All the movements brought so much relief. Now more than a month later, that annoying spot between my shoulder blades that has plagued me most of my life is still pain free. I’m so grateful for Kelly and her mindful wisdom that brings healing.
Kelly's one on one sessions and group classes have been a life saver. I had gotten out of shape and in the process developed bad posture habits that were creating pain in my knees and a perpetual feeling of being unbalanced when I rode horseback or ran. With Kelly's help, I have become much more aware of how I move, when I am overdoing or using muscles that are not needed for a movement and become much stronger, more balanced and better flexibility. I can not say enough positive things about Symmetry in Motion. Kelly is a brilliant practitioner who applies her knowledge to create individualized programs. She is compassionate, encouraging, and patient. I had never heard of this form of exercise therapy until 2018, but I am very glad I discovered it. We are very fortunate to have something like this on the central coast.
