I signed up for a cryotherapy membership at this location with the understanding that I could try it for one month at $99, with the option to cancel anytime if I wasn’t satisfied. However, the experience has been extremely disappointing. In my first month, my appointments have been rescheduled over five times due to the cryotherapy machine constantly being out of service, or because the staff wanted to close earlier than the posted business hours. The equipment may be new, but the management is disorganized, and there are no nurses or knowledgeable staff on-site to provide guidance, unlike other cryotherapy providers I’ve visited. After two weeks of this, I requested to cancel my membership and receive a refund. They informed me that while I could cancel, customer support would have to get back to me. I then discovered that they had signed me up for a 3-month service without my knowledge. This was never explained upfront—my understanding was that it was a month-to-month deal. Now, they refuse to refund me, claiming I’ve used services exceeding the $99 I paid, but I only used more services because the membership was marketed as “unlimited access.” I was willing to complete the first month, but once again, the cryotherapy machine is down. I had scheduled a session 3 weeks in advance to recover after a long 20-mile run, and now I can’t use the service I paid for. This experience has been frustrating, inconvenient, and not worth the cost at all. I am requesting a full refund, as I have not been able to reliably use the service due to their ongoing issues. It’s clear this location is not ready to provide the services they advertise.

Talked me into getting an IV that i didn’t want because they were out of the ingredients I was trying to get. Won’t refund purchase they said was included in membership. Dont waste your time dealing with these people.

I love love love coming here. The ladies are always so wonderful. You can boost it with Bre or have Laura or Gabby help you with IV ingredients recommendations. Everyone here is lovely. This definitely a treat with the membership but well worth it. The IVs alone have been helping me feel so much better, way less headache and haven't been sick yet this year. Highly recommend checking!

Okay I posted a super frustrated review before this and now editing because the manager Michelle reached out and really made things right. The original way things were handled was super disappointing but I will always correct when a company does what’s right. Impressed with the way this was handled in the end.

Bre was so personable and knowledgeable. My first hydrafacial was such a wonderful experience that I am looking forward to my next session. Not only does my skin still look and feel amazing one week out, but I am looking forward to continuing my connection with the technician when I return. I was in the area getting services at another spa and I saw Restore Hyper Wellness. I went in to inquire about services and I was offered a complimentary facial. The ladies were all very friendly and helpful. They did a great job, my skin was glowing after the hydration facial. I would join the membership if I lived closer because the prices were very reasonable

This place is amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly. I booked an appointment same day and when I showed up, they were a little behind schedule so they gave me a free extra service to keep me busy while I waited the extra ten minutes. Beyond impressed by the customer service here. A++ to the management and all the workers!!
