Restore is one of the best programs in Los Angeles. I loved the small setting of a maximum of 12 people during the detox and residential treatment. The staff at Restore are amazing and truly care for their clients. From he techs, Omid, Theresa, Vanessa, Elmer, and Senna are all amazing people. The administrator’s, group leaders and counselors, Nicole, Sarah, Heather, William, Ron, Art, and Hailee are extremely gifted at their jobs. This treatment center and the staff listed above have changed my life completely. This program has given me every tool available and set me up for a successful recovery. They have impacted my life for the better and i will never forget the experience and knowledge i gained here. In this program i was able to lay a solid foundation in my recovery and form a solid sober support system with my peers and from fellow alcoholics at meetings as well. Thank you Restore and stay awesome!

Restore is the best. The staff are professional, friendly and kind. They develop a sense of community with the clients and among the clients. My counselor, Art, was extremely helpful, especially in my family sessions. I felt heard and my feelings were validated by the entire staff. Nicole, Will and Lucas did a great job with groups facilitation. . Danny, Chris, and Lauren were top notch swing shift techs that actually engaged with the clients. Day staff at the Baile house was terrific, so kind, caring and supportive. Art, Valerie and Ron are 100% real, straight forward no bs counselors who have empathy for their clients. Overall I felt completely supported during my time at Restore. Thank you for giving me the skills to restore my life.

Restore was my last hope at keeping my family and kicking my addiction. They saved me and gave me the tools to quit and curve temptation. From Lawrence being my case manager and helping me navigate this process, to Abby my therapist helping me notice triggers and what was the root of my trauma. Everyone there became my family it was the best experience of my life, Im going on two years sober and my life has completely changed. Please if you need help join my alumni family at restore and trust the process they will help you if you really want it!

In my time with Restore Health and Wellness center I have been given tools to succeed with my recovery. I was counseled and walked through the steps I need to continue my sobriety. I am so grateful. Restore has encouraged me to have the strength to help others in their battle with addiction. Nicole Prescott assists with running the program and does a phenomenal job building relationships with clients also making them feel safe in a very scary surrounding. She takes time to really get to know you. My first experience w her she had me in happy tears ( I’m not typically a cryer). She was able to help me open up more so than I have since I was a young man. 10/10 on group facilitation. She really cares! My case manager Amber was great. She assisted me w my FMLA. She walked me through all the paper work and made sure I had everything with my job taken care of. The techs and supervisors were great. Personal testimony’s to make you feel comfortable. Always there when you need something or someone just to talk to. Mare/Jeff/Sierra/Lauren/Lex/Mya/Chris Rachel/Amber took such great care of us. Many others that were also well trained and very helpful. They did a very good job making us feel comfortable in the houses, also transporting us to group, meetings and outings. Art was a great counselor/therapist. He held me accountable and made me want to recover. He gave me the tools I need to recover. So much great literature that he went over thoroughly with me. With what I learned from Art I can truly change my life. Lucas and Will did a great job running group. They lead check ins to make sure we were getting what we need out of treatment and if we had issues they helped resolve them. Tons of positive advice on how to take care of ourselves and take that next step towards sobriety. This was my first time in treatment. It was a positive experience and I believe if I follow the guidance I received I will be able to remain in sobriety. I wouldn’t have been able to do this on my own. I needed Restore Health and wellness. Thank you Restore for giving me sobriety back and a future worth living!!!

This place has saved my live! All of the staff have been extremely supportive and caring. The treatment process has provided me a new life. I am very grateful for everyone apart of my process as it has truly changed me for the better. The community and facilities are awesome. If you are thinking of seeking treatment I would 100% recommend Restore. I can't wait to come back and visit everyone once I leave and show everyone how far I have come.

My Experience with Restore Health and Wellness Center is that of pure restoration and recovery. I have been treated with respect and put in an environment to gain the tools I need to weather the Strom of addiction. Nicole Prescott Is a group Facilitator/Supervisor she runs the programing and she is simply amazing. The Energy she brings and commitment along with her personal experience in recovery is essential to my stay at Restore. She actually cares and is one of the most amazing individuals I've ever had the privilege to meet Sarah the case manager is amazing and always helpful along with Claire if you have issues with FMLA Paid leave or other work or outside treatment questions or aftercare such as IOP/Sober Living there the best and well versed in that feild. Along with they both atleast to me are just wonderful human beings. Yessy also another case Manager is real and awesome person. Thomas the treatment director is awesome to and will help you if need it. The Techs/Supervisor Teresa, Vanessa,Seria Elmer, Adrien,Le, Vinni, Rachel, Richard, Mia, Lauren, Omid, and Amber. Are the best in the business and deal with alot of shit and are always there to help and listen to you and try as best they can to help you. There on the front lines with you and honestly treat them with respect and appreciation because they really are the backbone to this company. Therapist Josh and Art if you want good therapy ask for them. Group Facilitators Lucas Jen and Will are really good and keep you engaged in serious recovery related subject matter while also adding fun and challenging criteria to. Drug and Alcohol Counselor Nicole is amazing and empathetic to her clients she is literally the nicest. Last but not least is Aliza The Treatment Administrator She is the reason Restore was awesome experience for me. She is both extremely professional and also understanding to her clients situations and emotions. She is an amazing person who I respect. At Restore you go to Detox/Residential for 3 weeks then you go to PHP (Partial Hospizlation Plan) for the remainder of your stay. You are taken on outings (beach, movies, bowling etc) you get taken to outside meetings. You get good snacks and the food is pretty good provided by restore. Your allowed your own personal Groceries. NO ENERGY DRINKS PHP your allowed off campus to go adventure around LA with treatment buddies. With a breathalyzer/UA upon your return. Your allowed your cell phones. Which I don't recommend because your in treatment it's really a distraction from your recovery. Also Turn in your cell phones for group. Those who have been to treatment know it is what you make it. Honestly it could be shitty or it can be a fun and positive experience. The only Cons I have with Restore is that the staff is not paid enough for the awesome work that they preform. If your looking for a great treatment experience I would highly recommend Restore Health And Wellness.

I had a great experience at Restore. I recently completed the program and am so grateful for the techs, group facilitators, counselors and peers that I met while at the detox, residential and PHP facilities. If you are truly ready to get sober, then this is a great program to start your new life in sobriety. The staff members are almost entirely in recovery themselves, and make an effort to listen to the client’s needs and take action accordingly. There is a healthy mix of peer interaction, group and individual therapy, and the partial hospitalization program (PHP) does a lot to provide useful tools for the clients in areas such as relationship management, relapse prevention, self-awareness, dealing with triggers and understanding the effects that drugs have on the brain and body. The disease of addiction/alcoholism is cunning, baffling, and powerful. At restore, the team truly gives a great effort and does their absolute best to help the clients arrest the disease and make recovery truly possible. I wouldn’t be equipped to deal with the pressures of “the real world” without drugs if it wasn’t for the excellent help I received while at Restore.
