Restorative Therapy Associates (RTA) Laguna Hills

RTA is a wonderful place for physical therapy! It’s small but you get a full hour with your physical therapist!! They are all excellent at what they do and they use massage therapy and exercises to strengthen muscles and balance. Bryan was the one who worked with me and he always listened and paid attention to what i needed and has helped me so much! I’ve had many surgeries and had many different therapists over my 80 years but never had such attention to what i needed to focus on what he did to help me. Everyone is very caring snd i am very glad my neighbor recommended Bryan to me!

PT Brian has been excellent in my first two sessions. He was thorough in his assessment, which included evaluating multiple areas of my body with pain even though the original MD order was for only one issue. He is patient, encouraging and clear in his explanations of exercises and rationale for them. I recently moved to the area and am glad to have found a terrific go-to physical therapy practice.

My Physical Therapy experience at RTA with Brian & the whole team at RTA meets all my expectations! Brian is a true expert, knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, nutrition, personalized PT techniques, and personalized exercises. After trying several other PTs, I can confidently say that Brian Banh's personalized treatment has surpassed them all. His care has been a game-changer in my healing journey, and I'm grateful to have the RTA team by my side. The communication by Brian & the whole team is also exceptional. The physical therapists here are wonderful! It’s a totally 1:1 experience, and you have their full attention every minute. They really get to know you, really care about you, and they are all knowledgeable, professional, and amazing. I have been to about ten physical therapy places in my life, and this is definitely the best, and the only one I’d return to.

Physical therapy at RTA Laguna Hills made me pain-free & much stronger. Brian & his staff provide effective massage & exercises targeted to your specific problems. I’ve been to 4 other PT offices and this one is superior in every respect. Outstanding competence & outstanding care.

Very professional and good with an older client. Young enthusiastic staff and very accommodating when we needed to change an appointment. Great location, with lots of parking. We would recommend RTA in Laguna Hills to anybody no matter what age.

This place is the best! Brian, Alexus and their entire team (students included) are all so kind, fun and great at what they do! I don’t want to go anywhere else for physical therapy. They really take the time to listen to you and then they work their magic! ❤️
