I've had two restorative massages with Sand over the past few weeks and already feel a huge difference with aches and pains. She is a gifted massage therapist and clearly understands how our muscles, tendons, etc. are all connected. I appreciate her calm and welcoming presence and her professionalism (and that of her assistant). It's a place of healing. Each time I've been there, I've had less pain, more flexibility, and increased energy and creativity the next day. Sand does a remarkable job! She works the areas you need extraordinarily well, and as a runner, she's helped me tremendously with preventing nagging knee and hip pain.

Sands is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been getting deep tissue messages for years to ease the pain of my scoliosis. Sands used a technique called myoskeletal alignment instead, it is the first time I have been pain free for two weeks straight in years. The results have lasted me much longer than traditional deep tissue massages!
