Restoration Manual Therapy

Autumn is very skilled at finding the problems and helping people feel better. I had been in an accident, and was in a lot of pain. Before I saw her the first time, I was unable to take a full breath and had pain whenever I would take a breath. She relaxed the areas that were causing me pain and I was asked to take a full breath again. After the visit, I was still in some pain and had a hard time sitting up. I was unable to move freely and couldn't do so without pain. I saw Autumn a second time, four days later, and was able to move around relatively pain free. I say that before the first visit, I was moving like Quasimodo, and afterwards I was moving like Frankenstein, then after the second visit, I was moving like a normal person. Autumn did wonders for me.

Autumn is really professional and so skilled. She is far better than a chiropractor and will produce longer lasting, less painful treatments too! She totally helped with back pain I had had for years and had regularly seen a physical therapist and chiropractor for. Completely recommend her!

I was struggling with a variety of things not the least of which were asthma and cardiac issues. At the recommendation of several friends, I went to see Autumn and was completely shocked to learn what was causing my issues. Over the course of 3 visits, she made adjustments in the alignment of my bones, organs, nerves, and lymph system (after reviewing a full health history and determining from it that my issues were all inter-related). I was on several meds for my issues, and after the adjustments, I was not only able to breathe deeply for the first time in my life, but found that the meds I was on exasperated my issues. (I discovered this as I missed meds one day and felt like a million bucks, then went back on the next day and felt worse. Then experimented with another day of no meds and found that I again felt like a whole new person. I didn't go back on my meds! I do keep a rescue inhaler just in case, but am off all other asthma and cardiac and also antacid meds because I don't need them anymore. I lost 24 pounds also in the process as my realigned lymphatic system and increased water intake flushed the build-up of disease causing toxins and such out of my body. My pulmonologist released me from care unless and until my asthma resumes, and my cardiologist asked me to do one last test but is confident it will come out in a way that I don't have to see him again either! I highly recommend Autumn. She is kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. She also seems to have a spiritual gift for discerning what is needed in order to help people heal. Many of my friends have gone to her for various things since I have told them about her and are seeing marvelous improvement and healing as well. I can't say enough good about her. Honestly, I am healthier than I have been since I was a teenager and it just keeps getting better!

My husband has struggled with back pain for years. We spent thousands of dollars on physical therapy and surgeries and nothing gave him relief. When we heard about Autumn, we figured "what do we have to lose?" I'm so glad we gave her a shot even though we didn't know anything about her. After only a few appointments with Autumn, my husband's back pain was manageable in a way he had never had. I still can't explain what she does, but she is a healer. She knows her stuff and I'm so grateful she was referred to us.

Autumn had a massive impact on my journey back to health after an unexpected acl tear. The therapy methods she employs are nothing short of amazing! I’ve used this restorative therapy for all my children and their many athletic injuries. I have coached competitive club soccer for 15 and I have seen many concussions, but I’ve never seen anyone healed from a major concussion in one session the way several of my kids have been after seeing Autumn. I had many players from my teams go and see her for a variety of game injuries and return to play almost immediately. Autumn is not just a therapist, she is a dear friend! You won’t regret exploring this modality, you’ll likely come away asking, “where has this been all of my life!”

I went to see Autumn the same day I had rotator cuff and bone spur surgery. She did some therapy to help while I was still under anesthesia. She did not touch the surgical sight or anything close to it. I was amazed, the next day I was not in a dazed state nor did I have a foggy brain; as I normally would after anesthesia. I had no swelling or remnants of the gas that was used. My pain was non existent. I have had discomfort and have used lots of ice and taken a minimal amount of pain meds. I have been able to do the exercises prescribed by the doctor without pain. Autumn truly has a special gift! It appears I may be able to return to work sooner than anticipated. Two days after seeing Autumn my leg/hip pain is significantly reduced and I am no longer limping. Well worth the trip from Nevada to see her. Thank you, Autumn!

Autumn is an amazing therapist! We were so sad when she left UT. Her incredible knowledge of our body and unique abilities as a therapist has helped our family many many times. She’s also a wonderful caring person!
