The staff (nurses) were super knowledgeable and personable. Although the entire visit was about 15 mins (I was there for a shot in my back). I was checked on several times. Dr. Thomas came in and spoke to me before he done anything to me. I would say the office needs a sign outside to make it easier to find. And the picture of the office on Google is NOT the actual office.

I always have a good experience with Dr Thomason and his team. He is so pleasant and constantly checks on me during the procedure to make sure I'm doing okay. And we get to talk about Clemson football!!

Professional team had me in and out very fast. Had Sacroiliac Joint/Ganglion Impar Block shot in lower right back for my right hip. Everything went smoothly and without issues, friendly staff and really clean environment. Hopefully my hip issues will get better with this procedure. Deffinatly top notch team of professionals. Dr Taylor Scruggs is a great doctor. He takes the time to listen to what you have to say to him; and he is not trying to rush you out of his office. He answers all your questions in a way that you can understand. The thing I appreciate the most is that he tells you what you need to know, not what you may want to hear.

**UPDATE** After multiple epidural injections, multiple visits begging for help with the pain, not having phone calls returned, and pain medication not being refilled, as well as not being heard that what they were doing wasn't touching the pain,I finally gave up and went to a different clinic. Low and behold, they were not addressing the correct issue and the diagnosis they Dr Scruggs came up with was complete wrong and they were giving me epidurals in the wrong place. I was left sleepless in agony for my entire time spent with Dr. Scruggs. I spent co-pay after co-pay, on top of the cos5s left after insurance for no help. It was his way or nothing and he couldn't see past his own diagnosis. One visit to a different pain specialist who actually reviewed my past and present imaging we have an actual diagnosis that they could actually show me in imaging. I'm just so upset that I tried so hard to get them to listen, to understand that things weren't right. Even my physical therapist said that something was wrong and that something was being missed. Didn't matter. Dr Scruggs had his own opinion and I was left with no help. Leaving a patient in excruciating pain and bed bound to prove yourself right when you are completely off base is just wrong. Definitely not a Pill Mill and treat you face to face with courtesy. But honestly, I came to them for help with acute pain and am not getting help. The epidural went away quickly and I'm left with nothing and no one seems to care. My pain isn't being managed at all.

Dr Thomas & his staff is very professional & comforting I would recommend him to my family and friends
