Restor Physical Therapy

Do not come here if you are a Medi-Cal patient because you will recieve sub-par care with no measureable improvement. Chances are you will NOT even get to see a real physical therapy doctor, as he is going to be busy out somewhere chasing other business ventures. The majority of your time there will be spent alone by yourself struggling to comprehend excercises while an assistant occasionally comes over to ridicule you because your health is not improving.

Ive been coming here for at least 5 yrs. Theres a high degree of turnover. In the beginning the staff seemed more interested in you as a person and your opinions. Granted i was younger and less afraid of pain. These days it seems the so called therapists are overworked and just want you to follow the regimen on your own wo guidance and leave.theres no personal interest. I have medi-cal so im accustomed to being given sub standard care. Its sad i watch those with private insurance getting massaged and a friendly touch. Oh well you get what you can afford.

I was rear ended a few months ago and suffered from whiplash, a back injury and a sprained ankle which I had been walking on for three months. A little over a month goes by, and I already started to see improvement. If you need people who go above and beyond to make sure you recover properly, this is the place. I cant explain how much love and support I received from EVERYONE here. They really make you feel like family, no judgement at all. They help you with everything you need. Its going to be sad when I dont have to come here anymore. Love this place !!

The physical therapist was helpful and mindful of my injuries during each appointment. However, the receptionist consistently had an attitude that made scheduling appointments an obstacle.
