Recently moved into the area and found Rest & Digest Wellness. Based on their reviews and local to my area the location was awesome. Room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Nicole was absolutely incredible and a delight to work with. She took care of my sore muscles and took care of my aching body. More sessions to come due to my circumstances. Morgan was very receptive and mindful at the front desk to answer questions and setup my follow up. Highly Recommended! Nice work Nicole.

An Experienced staff who focus on the client. Their knowledge of the correct technique is expansive. The focus isn't on your wallet it is on the mind, body, and soul of the client . I went for a massage to help me with extreme tightness in my shoulders and back. I left with so much more. I was so impressed with my treatment I bought a membership. The staff makes sure to send me reminders so that I don't forget my appointments and greet me like a VIP each time I walk through the door. The passion that Nichole and William offer is absolutely priceless. They make you feel like a part of the family

I was referred to Nicole for a full body massage. I workout 4-5 days a week and I have had a lingering shoulder issue that I wanted to get worked on. Not only was she able to give me 80% relief of the pain I was experiencing, but through the work she did on my body, she was able to tell previous injuries I had experienced and work on those as well. She brought to light so many things in my body that just needed a little boost, boosted it and I left a healthier, happier version of myself. For any athlete who feels like your body is just beat down and in need of a recharge, Nicole is your girl. They also offer relaxation massages (which is on my to-do list and I will review after ). I am so thankful I found Nicole and Rest and Digest Wellness!

I have been seeing Nicole for therapeutic/deep tissue massages to help with occupation-related muscle pain for several years, and she is by far the best in the trade! She is very knowledgeable about holistic health and incorporates this philosophy into all of the services offered in her practice. I have also had Lucy take care of me with esthetician services, and she is outstanding! I highly recommend this team of professionals to my own patients and anyone else who needs massage or esthetic treatments.

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of bringing my girlfriend to Lucy for a facial, and I must say, our experience surpassed all expectations. Right from the moment we stepped in, the front desk staff greeted us with warmth and courtesy. Lucy truly impressed us with her skills and left us beaming with satisfaction. I absolutely love Rest & Digest Wellness. Each time I visit the atmosphere is so warm and inviting! My visits are mostly for Brazilians and Lucy is the best! She makes you feel extremely comfortable and her work is unmatched! I’m always satisfied! She’s customer focused and will work with you. I highly recommend!

**updated review** Y’all this place is incredible! I just had my first facial today, and my skin feels AMAZING. The entire session was so relaxing. Lucy did an OUTSTANDING job, per usual ♥️♥️ Lucy is absolutely amazing! She truly cares about her job and her clients ♥️ The entire staff is so nice. My mom rode with me one day when I had a quick sugaring appointment, and they welcomed her to sit in their waiting room and were so kind to her. Plus, they have online scheduling and are very fast to respond to any emails/questions! Their services are reasonably priced and well worth it.

Wowww this is my new favorite place! I got referred here from my co worker and let me tell y’allll she did not lie when she said they are sooo amazing!!! I got a sugar wax with Jules and I loved her. She helped me feel comfortable & was so sweet. I recommend her and this spa. I will definitely be back to get more sugar waxes and I will be trying out their facials 💕
