I have had excellent care from Debbie Coyle with Residencial Home Hospice, sure hope she will remain my Care Giver, from now on. She's knowledgeable and really cares for her Patients. I can't express my sincere gratitude for Serena and Debbie, they really put forth their best, to be sure their patients are comfortable and well taken care of.

Back on Oct.3,2016 I was attacked by a pig. And suffered large damage to my right calf. After emergency surgery and a 4 day hospital stay I was sent home with a wound vac pump that had to be changed and the wound cleaned every 2 days. This is when I met the outstanding home home health care professionals from Celtic. My case manager was Tamara. If it was not for her and the other ladies that helped to make sure everything was going right I would have spent much longer healing. These excellent people always were professional, kind, and did their best to ease any discomfort and answer any questions I had. They even sent a nurse out after 8pm because I was having issues with the vac pump shutting down. I would recommend Celtic to anyone needing home health care of any type. I can not say enough to show my appreciation for the outstanding quality and caring Celtic shows.

I just got off the phone with patient intake. I can not even begin to tell you the anxiety and anger I am feeling. My brother had part of his foot removed the first part of December and was re-admitted this past week and released after 2 more surgeries. This facility is in network, so just to make sure he was on the waiting list I called and they said No. I asked if I could call back to see if anyone has been released and she said No. she would not or could not give me any reason as to why. All she said was she had talked with her supervisor and they had determined not to accept him. Seriously when you have a patient that has been given instructions to strict instructions to stay off the foot, no weight, no pressure, but they refuse home health care. I am more then livid and disappointed for my brother.

They treat their nurses terrible. They bully them and dont work with them. I've seen them arrive to a friend's after seeing 8 already. Poor scheduling. Thank God there are other nursing opportunities out there
