The worse place to have a family member, starting with the social workers (Jessica) to the nurses. They need better staff they can have been working their for years and still can get it right. NOBODY answers but the receptionist how embarrassing.

My mother was given rehabilitation care due to a pelvic fracture; she had physiotherapy sessions that led to quick recovery. She's now discharged and back to her feet. Kudos to the superb team of caregivers! My father also stayed there as respite and experienced chest pain, Thanks to dedicated carers Jennifer Arthur & Maden who provided timely assistance and didn't leave him unattended when emergency occurred. Jennifer called for help promptly with nurses Maricor Laus and Arianne Cordova with that I commend them for Absolutely excellent care. Dr. Sato was there to give his best first aid before the paramedic came . The facility was clean, and activities were brilliant led by Arlene, Ravien, Martha, Jillian, and Jorge. I'm relieved to know my father is in a safe place with the help of accommodating and caring staffs like Amanda, Dra. Ordonez, Landon, Cristina, Isabel, Maria F., Jessica, Ogie, Bri, Vivian, James, Jessica, Teresa, Janeth, Dulce, Renato, Nicole, Marian, Tim, Christian, Leslie, Eunice, Jen, Vanessa, Andrew, Michael, Virginia, Ralph, Isaac just to name a few. Reo Vista Healthcare Center comes highly recommended for those in need of both a rehab facility and a home for a loved one. Example pictures here how they joyfully celebrated Christmas 🎄with the residents just like their own family. Very highly recommended by us.🥰💕👏👏👏

I do not recommend this place. Either this place needs more staff, or they need competent, caring staff to handle the variety of patients that are here. Patients will be left alone for hours, despite using their “buzzer” for assistance and with the light outside the room on signifying someone needs something. Again, I understand if it’s lack of staff but if that was the case, they shouldn’t house as many patients as they do. It is usually 3 in an average sized room. Their lack of attentiveness allowed my father to get pneumonia… I could write forever how negative this facility affected him. His “neighbors” would often complain of their stay as well. I really hope others see this and really consider somewhere else if they have the choice.

I just want to thank Reo Vista for always helping me.it was my second time there as a patient and i have always been taken cared of and helped me when it was time to leave. Thank you social services for helping me especially jasmine and gisela. I would definitely recommend if someone needed to stay at skill facility.

My mom has dementia and needed 24/7 care that we no longer could provide for her. Our family did a lot of research of where would be the best skilled nursing healthcare facility place possible for her and Reo Vista was the top choice for us. We are so happy and grateful for all the staff at Reo Vista. Most caring staff ever their services have superseded any expectations that we may have had and we truly appreciate them all and feel very blessed to have found such a great home for our mom. đź’•

I am a resident at Reo Vista and I have to say it’s a pleasure being here. They have wonderful staff. They care about the well being of their patients. I have Carla who schedules my doctors appointments outside the facility and she is on top of that. Physical therapy they work with you to make things easier for you in the long run. I have to thank REN and JEN that have made my physical therapy worth getting better and they are great to work with. I have to say I am always proud on time with my medication thanks to Karen and Annie. I have to give a special thanks to the CNAS they are always there for you and very polite. So if there is a place to find short term or permanent residence this is the place to be. Thank you Reo Vista for all that you do and the staff that are truly wonderful people. If you need a place to get better this is the place to get that done. I also need to thank the doctors and head nurses… Their hearts are huge and they care about their patients to the extreme.

I am a person that continually reads reviews on places that I am needing, and in the case of skilled nursing this was no exception. My father was in a skilled nursing facility over a year ago and the place was horrific. When it came time that mom had to go into skilled nursing, I read reviews on many places. As we all know there are good ones and bad ones. My mother has now been in Reo Vista for 12 days and I can't say enough good things about this place. It is kept very clean, and all of the staff are so kind and caring. My mother is always clean and well attended to and every need has been met for her. Her therapy is going well and she is improving each and every day. When I have questions for any of the staff, they are always attentive and answer each and every question even if it is a stupid question. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Reo Vista and the facility as a whole. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing skilled nursing for a loved one.

If at all possible do not send your parent here. Twenty plus years ago my mom was put in this facility and stayed just one day before she died of pneumonia. She didn't leave the hospital with it. Now my father is there because of insurance and it is the same. No one comes when you press the call button and the food is disgusting. Just don't do it.
