My physical therapist was very knowledgeable and knew how to apply her expertise to my situation. I felt that every visit was well worth the time and money. You can watch hundreds of hours of fitness videos, read countless articles, and none of that will compare to actually having an expert on your team.

My first visit to this office was disappointing, to say the least. My first impression was the reception area was dirty. The receptionist greeted me and said she'd be right with me, so I took a seat. She proceeded to check two other patients in that arrived after me, so I asked her if she still needed to check me in. She said yes and apologized for forgetting about me. I was fine with that, no biggie. Next, she's telling me that someone deleted my appointment 10 minutes before I got there. I received no call before they cancelled my appointment. I took time off from work to be there and asked if she could squeeze me in somehow. The answer was no. I was told I would need to reschedule. What a great waste of my time. This office is dirty and disorganized. To top it off, there was no apology offered for the inconvenience they caused. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
