I am very grateful I found Renew PT! I have had the privilege of working with Jackie to rehabilitate my arm and wrist after some fractures, and on improving my shoulder mobility. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She explains exercises clearly, and made sure I had the correct form before sending me on my way. Depending on where I was in the healing process, my therapy sessions comprised strengthening, stretching, and manual therapy modalities. Renew therapists see only one patient at a time, which I felt maximized each session and ensured I maintained proper form on each exercise. On occasion I have seen the other therapists, and they are all great! The Renew Novato front desk staff is awesome--professional, competent, kind. They remember your name and always warmly greet you. Scheduling appointments was easy via phone or email, and they will add you to a wait list if your preferred day/time isn't available. A shoutout to Angelica, Madison, and Amber for making scheduling and figuring out insurance simple!

Renew Novato lives up to it's great reputation. The office is clean, professional, uncrowded, and a nice place to do PT. I had an outstanding experience with Tor, who is one of the best physical therapists I've ever worked with. I've had multiple accidents, surgeries, and ergonomic problems over the years, resulting in lots of PT with different therapists. Tor stands out as one of the best I've encountered. He is smart, focused, knowledgeable, kind, and great to work with. One of his many terrific features is that he knows the body and therapy so well, that he is more flexible than most at adjusting your PT program to work around various problem areas. This is super helpful for people with multiple injuries and/or pain centers. I highly recommend Tor and the Novato Renew office. I'm significantly improved from when I started there with back, hip, sciatica, and foot problems, and very grateful to Tor for his help.

I drove 4 hours round trip to get the Renew Physical Therapy. They are one of the few PT places that offer pelvic floor PT that can be paid through insurance. I really liked working with Imee and appreciate the follow-up.

Best PT I have ever been. Therapists are all great, support staff is efficient and the place is never crowded. I like their online platform as well with the lists and videos of prescribed exercises. Very useful. Parking situation is good too.

Jackie, the therapist with whom I am working, is outstanding. She listens, she gets the nuances of one one physical condition impacting another, and takes a very holistic approach to her analyses and recommendations. The front desk staff is very helpful, considerate and responsive. I highly recommend Renew in Novato.

Renew has been a great place to help with my cranky neck and back! Chelsea is wonderful and responsive to my needs and changing condition. I also love being able to walk over to the Novato center from my house :)
