Renew Physical Therapy has truly been a blessing to me..I can’t recommend Alaina Dunning enough- she is the most compassionate and kind person I’ve met. She has so much patience and has excellent bedside manner. She truly loves her job and loves helping women with their pelvic floor issues. She is the ONLY person I truly trust with my pelvic floor health and I wish she could be my regular doctor for all of my needs. She is simply one of a kind and I’m so thankful to know her. Do not hesitate.. make an appointment here!

Alaina is so personable and compassionate. I love that she has taken me step by step through every appointment and doesn’t overwhelm me with too much at one time. She’s an educator, which I love. She challenges me, but makes sure I’m never in pain and ensures I know how to modify exercises if I need to step down or up. I’m so glad to have been referred here.

I love Renew, and specifically Amber! She has been so kind, understanding, and unbelievably helpful as I am working through this postpartum journey as a first time mom! I had a c-section and she has been so helpful with helping me with the recovery in that aspect, as well as with all pelvic-floor and core related issues I’ve been experiencing as well. She’s even helped me really improve my posture during breastfeeding! They seriously do it all over at renew and I am so grateful for the care I receive there. Amber is the best and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I thought I didn't need Pelvic Floor Therapy after my C-Section. I was so wrong!. If you are on the fence, I recommend to book at least one appointment and decide. Alaina made me feel confortable from the beginning and asked the correct question. She was very detailed when explaining the exercises and gave me a great massage that solved my hip pain. 100% recommend.

I had been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis and concurrent pelvic floor spasms. During my initial consultation with Chelsea, I was quite nervous, but after talking to her for some time, my comfort level greatly increased seeing how kind and pleasant she was! She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her field. She taught me how to stretch, and how to use diaphragmatic breathing to calm my pelvic floor. In responding to all of my inquiries, she was incredibly courteous and meticulous. Because of my condition, I still feel some discomfort intermittently, but it's a lot more tolerable now since I consistently put all the methods she showed me into practice. My appreciation goes out to "Renew" for all of their help and advice.

Amber was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to her being apart of my goal to strengthen and recover my lower back and knew issues to move toward my goals for a healthier life!

I started going for pelvic floor therapy, (ladies talk to your obgyn about it, completely worth it). I was having a lot of pain, and it made a significant difference. Amber, my therapist, was excellent at explaining things. I had a lot of light bulb moments and learned quite a bit about my body. She was so great, that when I had my knee surgery she was 100% who I wanted to work with. Super comfortable office and space and everyone has been very kind.

I’m extremely impressed with the efficacy of this therapy. After only two sessions, it is relieving both physical and emotional pain and tension I have stored for years, a slew of menopausal genitourinary issues, and is helping me with strength , stability, and critical muscle functioning to assist me in my transition into this next phase of my life. It is also greatly assisting in regulating my nervous system and getting a handle on recurring anxiety. My therapist Alaina is thorough, patient, highly competent, gentle, and trauma informed and I highly recommend both this therapy and her to any woman looking to rebuild their health and develop a sustainable toolkit of methods and exercises toward better health and lifelong functioning.
