I absolutely love the therapists. I only gave three stars because 9/10 when I talk to someone in reception they have an attitude or something bad to say that is out of line/unnecessary. Today when taking my 2 year olds temperature at the desk I informed the woman that my daughter was afraid of the thermometer and to aim it at the top of her hand, as everyone else has. She gave a lot of attitude and snark about my daughter being afraid of the thing so I stated that my daughter is autistic and is afraid of a few things that don't make sense but it is what it is. This woman said "she is just looking for attention" or something along those lines. As I walked away it sank in what she had said. As I said my daughter is 2, autistic and basically non verbal. I do not need attitude from an office lady where we are literally there to work on my daughter's issues. Not the first issue with office personal attitude and probably not going to be the last. These people should be a little more sensitive to the young children they are checking in to be seen.

The therapist are very nice. It's extremely frustrating that there are so few appointments and it takes a ridiculously long time for kids to get evaluated. It is frustrating knowing that your kid needs rehab and there are weeks they miss it because there are no appointments.

The therapists here have been amazing! Only 4 stars though because some of the "welcoming" staff that checks you in are rude and act like you are bothering them.

we went whit my wife, because she have tendinitis, they said, i have to pay yes the co payment 50 dollars,but then they send me a bill for 200 dollars, they dont do nothing because she have pain and and Cigna pay 187 too thats no fair They so BAD

I was scared with the reviews before but honestly they have been great staff and everyone is very nice and extremely helpful. Explain everything well and very understanding.
