I recently visited relax therapy and was thoroughly impressed! Although they’ve only been open for under a year, the space is impeccably clean, fresh, and beautifully designed. The ambiance is so calming, and you can tell that they take great pride in maintaining a relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new go-to.
I came in here to continue PT after I moved to Palm Springs. I can only say, it makes me miss my previous Physical Therapist. My initial consult, was thorough and accurate, but the message of me continuing from a previous PT was never conveyed to my therapist...who at the end of my first work out never bothered asking why I was so far along after surgery. She in fact was shocked when I said to her that I had been doing PT for a month prior. This tells me they missed the mark on providing me the best care. Workouts consisted of the Therapist telling me "do this exercise." No demonstration and no evaluation of whether I was doing it correctly. I finally axed my care when I noticed no one was cleaning equipment in between patient use and patients were not social distancing. While the doors are open here, the airflow is minimal. Some fans, particularly HEPA filters would vastly improve my confidence that they are doing everything to prevent the spread of Covid.
This place is a joke. Made an appointment because of a back injury. After a wait I was called into a room with therapist. I explained what happened he gave me a sheet of paper with pictures of exercises. He told me to do these at home and come back next week. He didnt show me any of the exercises and never really looked me over. Come back next week for what? Total waste of time.
Nice therapists, convienent location. Nice views while doing P/T.
Came down and they were able to work me in for my therapy.
